OH BOY!

My neighbor decided that they didn't want to take a turn shoveling the sidewalk, so they left it for me. The snow was packed into ice by the time I got to it. I scraped up what I could, then put down cat litter and pickle juice. After a while, I'll go scrape up some more.

Would've been better if my neighbor had shoveled. He's able-bodied, he could have done it in no time, and the shovel is right there. But whatever. I'll shovel the walk. Bad back be damned.

I like seeing snow, and it especially looks nice in the city.

But it's a [sonic slicer] to walk through and shovel. Also, walking through slush is the worst. It feels nasty and I'd rather not step on it.
