I finished raising my transgender Gardevoir, so room has been made on the team. Right now, Mistofelees is on the bench, though he may be moved to make way for Xizor. I'm considering raising my Flame Body Larvesta for Team Black Sun, but I'm not sure. I have a number of potential members for it.

My slow-as-molasses PTSD-suffering Hypno is also finished leveling, and I changed his moveset as he's absolutely terrible for competitive play. He's got the bulk to take hits, so I outfitted him with Hypnosis and he's now a catcher. I ditched Trick Room for Focus Blast so he has some more type variance in his moves.

Now when I take him on catching runs through Victory Road, he's overconfident around Dragon types. "Stand back! I got this."

What usually happens right afterward is

I'd go with Substitute, personally. Attract has a fifty/fifty chance of being ineffectual due to the other Pokemon's gender. Best to just avoid the possibility of your opponent being the same gender and just go with something that you know will work almost all the time.

Thing is even a competitive battler wouldn't use Attract, which is why I'm half tempted to try it.

I only used the thing once, not really into the intro video thing to be honest. Just too cheesy for me, and keep in mind I do love my cheese but not that kind of cheese.

Yeah it kind of sucks that none of my Normal Type Friend Safaris have Eevees.

I don't think mine have Eevees, either. I got Dittos, though. All my Normal Safaris have Dittos. I am up to my hips in Dittos. Every trip through the Safari for another Pokemon has me slogging through Dittos.

Oh, I have tons. I still have a bunch of 4V Anticipation, I'll check to see if any are female unless you're fine with using a Ditto straight away.
