An event Arceus (with "Fateful encounter") and the Azure Flute Arceus (location marked as Hall of Origin) trigger Sinjoh Ruins individually. You can go back with the other one and re-enter the chamber.

I plan to start leveling my Ivysaur soon, after Susan is leveled. My team is mostly HM slaves and two helpers, so it's been largely static with maybe three rotating members.

Ah, you're raising a caught one. Pierce was the in-game trade. He's fully-leveled and just hangs around to cut down trees and smash rocks. Ebon Hawk, my Fearow, has taken over False Swipe duties.

I haven't changed Susan's moveset too much, as I want him to keep Heal Pulse for inevitable horde murders just to fish out that one Pokemon.

As for my traps... Cagliostro is Toxic while Susan is FABULOUS~

I plan to mate Cagli with Runaway, see if I can pass along some of his assets.

I have all the TMs, sans the ones that you need to exchange using BP at the Battle Maison. Although I did went ahead to exchange for Steel Wing for my Salamence.
