Huh. The game saves really fast now.
Also, caught a lot of Pokemon, at the end of Route 4 now. About to head into Lumiose City.
Current X team of Chespin, Fledgling, Pikachu, Ralts, Bunnelby and Litleo.

And since Lumiose is Lumiose, headed into Y at the moment.
Chose Fennekin.

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

Be careful in Lumiose.  Don't save in the street.

And will my Ariados be good enough for the fairy gym?  She knows two poison moves.

Good.

Now to head to the daycare and see if my Ditto did its job and I have an egg.  Then, some grinding for fun, then off to the Richissme Hotel for cash, and through alleys for more grinding, then storm the Battle Chateau.

It's mainly for the Steelix's benefit.  I want her at level 50 so she'd be equal in the team.

I got a Ditto through the GTS, which is awesome. I put up my Heracross up for it, but it was worth it (since I have another Heracross in SoulSilver I can eventually trade over).

Just caught Destoroyah (Yvetal). Yay!

Unless Destroyah has poison attacks, it's useless against my Yggdrasil (Xerneas)! >=3

I believe I had just received my...6th badge? Or was it 7th?

Posted on: October 21, 2013, 01:43:33 PM
Oh right, it was the 7th Badge.

I like my team so far.

I think there's a string of events you need to go through before you can though. >3>;

Going through the Poke Ball factory currently, just got my sixth badge.

Posted on: October 21, 2013, 09:22:59 PM
Okay, conquered the Poke Ball Factory, went out and bought some clothes because I have money to burn, and I'm going to grind a bit, earn some more money, sell a few items, switch my team's positions around.

I assume the next gym is an ice gym.  Fire types are good, if I recall?  Or should I grind something else?

Quacklin's got Dark and Bug type moves, and I'll teach Ariados a Dark-type move.  Pavorotti may end up learning a Dark type move.  For this, I may power through it with a Normal/Fighting/Steel/Bug/Poison combo.  Flamin' Yawn and St. Elmo will be around for brute force backup.  Should I pull out my Kadabra, or keep the Steelix on the team?

Probably the Kadabra, though an Alakazam would be better.

I'll probably do the same with my Houndoom Treble.  Might have Iris, Starscream, and Tsunami as backup.

Kadabra will evolve via trade, right?  If so, who wants to help me force an evolution?  I have swap fodder with you to force Runaway to evolve.

I could later tonight, but if you want to now with Sakura that's cool.
