(I wonder... Does the way a data system appears to one that is in it change appearance based on who is in it, or is it based on the system? I mean, my posts from the inside of computer systems, though lacking in detail, are imagined from the standing that it's a terrestrial sort of world along the lines of Digimon Tamers, Battle Network, or Tron, while PB's seem to be more, if I'm understanding it right, more like empty space with data streams shooting about.)

As Pirate Man tried to turn to see the culprit, and failing, he tried to go on the offensive instead.

Pirate - Have yer taste of me REMOTE MINES!!

Pirate Man aimed his buster backwards, and shot a few Remote Mines, hoping one will latch onto the culprit.

The figure growled as the robot tussled, trying get at it. As soon as Pirate man started to blast his Remote Mines, the beast jumped off, ripping his back paneling off with it. The quick shadow darted towards the hanger bay doors and looked back at the bot with menacing red eyes.

(Right, and thus, I repeat the question. Is the appearance of the insides of networks based more on who is in the network at the time, or is it the programming of the network?)

(ADA is the program. She is the giant data stream. That is what it looks like all the time. Just a universe of data. PBPB's consciousness is basically like a separate program that has entered ADA. The only thing that looks different is her. There is no Tron like world inside of ADA. There is only ADA. As for the data bodies and different data streams, like telecommunications and PBPB's brain, show up, there's a reason behind that which I'm not getting into for story purposes. )

Pirate Man screamed in pain as he felt his back being peeled off. Turning, he finally sees the culprit, or a least he thought he saw the culprit. As the menacing red eye stared at him... Menacingly... Pirate Man aimed his metal claw.

Pirate - Come out of ye shadows, you landlubber! *fires his metal claw out like a grappling hook towards the red eyes*

Before the metal claw could reach the shadow, an explosion went off on the location of the figure. A mine had attached to it in the frenzy a few seconds ago and went off as it tried to tear away at the ground. The result created a whole in the doors, constructing a vacuum within the hanger. At the site of the explosion, the figure claws at the floor trying to stay within the room but is caught off guard and flies out with the floating object speeding after it. The station got smaller and smaller until the figure blacked out and entered the atmosphere.

Pirate Man cursed under his breath as he watches the intruder get sucked into the vacuum of space... Something that he will experience soon. He quickly retracts his metal claw, and fires it in the opposite direction from the suction, barely managing to grab onto a secured pipe.

Pirate - CURSE YOU LANDLUBBER!! System! Eeeeeeemergency lockdown!!

System - Command not recognised.

Pirate - EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEMERGENCY LOCKDOWN!!

System - Did you mean Emergency Lockdown?

Pirate - AAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE *losing grip*

System - Command not recognised.

Pirate - GODDARNIT!! YES! YES! *loses grip*

System - Emergency Lockdown initiated.

The hole that was created earlier was immediately shut off via a separate metal panel, closing off the suction. Pirate Man hits the panel face first, but at least he's still in the Wily Yamato.

Pirate - Ayeeeee... Tis not me day... System... Report ye earlier events to Docta Wily II...

System - Command not recognised.

Pirate - ... I need to get the Docta to install pirate talk...

Sinos grinned and thrust a thumb in the direction of the upgrade capsule. "My creator sent me an upgrade... Charge Boots!" Sinos used the Charge Boots to do a backflip. "They should come in real handy, am I right?"

(Capable of eating gundams, and can create more sand by drying up nearby rivers and oceans. And he's helping me build my desert base.)

(Oh c'mon, don't be frightened. I didn't say it could fly, but that doesn't mean it isn't capable of shooting planes down, by firing its laser"Static Surge" at 'em. Besides he doesn't like pain, just smack him a little, and he'll cower back into the depths of the sandsea, I mean desert. Oh, and the little terraforming he's doing, is an incredibly slow process, BTW.)
