Null² - RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!

Null² sees the impending attacks and summoned waves upon waves of Null Pointers, creating an improved Null Shield. However, the attacks were way more powerful than he expected. The Null Shield slowly gets depleted, until finally it's completely depleting. The attacks combined and hit Null² right into his core, finally ending as the attacks pierced clean through.

As Null² started to disintegrate, with one final roar, Null² fired one last wave of Null Pointers, hitting the Digimons and reverting them back into their Baby forms. With a flash, Null² disppeared.

Over at the control room in the WDS, the schematics of Sapph's suit disappeared from Dr. Wily II's screen, being replaced with static and the words "Signal Lost".

As the trio of digimon were hit and weakened by Null2's final attack, a certain other program got activated...

"NO!" Obsidian was about to use his Repulsers to blast MechaGarurumon away, but something in the suit's programming, and in the suit itself, caused him to slow down. And he was slowed down just enough for MechaGarurumon's attack to hit square in the chest and knock him back, causing the armor to mostly shut down and start rebooting.

MechaGarurumon landed on the ground and knelt down, panting for breath. "I... sure hope... that's the last... we'll see... of Obsidian..." he said as a light engulfed him. When it vanished, Taylor and HeatGabumon were kneeling down, panting as well.

"Ah, wait...I think we did it!" Sinos saw as the suit appeared to power down. He flew to Sapph's new position. "Mr. Sapph, sir, can you hear me? Are you okay? Is that AI gone?"

Suddenly, he looked up, as if distracted by something. "Um...I'll be back," he said and backed away. Over by a rather sparse dune, Sinos continued to stare off into nothing. After a while of staring, he simply stated, "Okay, I will. Now's a good time for it." From his "buster arm" he produced a small pellet-like device. He tossed it a short distance and it landed in the sand of a dune with a bit of a soft piff sound. The device emitted a hologram of this logo (can't find the logo but I will soon).

(sorry for the delay, I REALLY can't find this logo I designed...)

(The main growth is from emotional stuff. But of course, anything else that helps Asch to grow will also work, but of course, at a slower rate than with emotional growth. Also, just for refreshments, he's at level 4 now.

(took me ten minutes to realize I kept skipping over it whenever I looked through my Dropbox...)

Suddenly, while everyone was talking, a large cylindrical device not unlike a capsule smashed down from where the small device was, into the sand dune in front of Sinos. It too bore this logo along its sides. Sinos stood in amazement, looking it over. A small tag that appeared slightly singed from reentry stated,

See? At least I'm not an [dark hold] with my capsule placement, like Dr. Light.

Taylor had caught her breath by now and stood up slowly. "Well... next time we do that, let's be better prepared, eh?" she said, looking down at her Digimon.

"Sounds good to me," he replied. She walked over to Sapph and held her hand out.

While Archetype was standing with the others, he couldn't help but smile. He didn't know who Sapph was, and he barely knew these strangers he fought along side, but he felt... content. For the first time in a while, he had felt that he helped someone, and maybe being part of this Resistance really was where he belonged.

However, he noticed an odd twitching in his hand. It was still grasping his sword tightly, almost like it had a mind of its own. He strained and pulled on his arm, trying to let go of the sword he held onto. He felt a burning desire of the hunt within himself... a dark, twisted emotion he hasn't felt since his past as Superdee, the "armored-bandit".

"No... stop! I've changed...!" he had an internal struggle with himself. He gripped his fists together "The sins I've committed... what I've done... I no longer bear the tainted soul of Superdee"

He looked at his allies... his... friends. "This blade isn't for destruction, it's for defending. There is no Superdee... only ARCHETYPE!" he finally let go of the sword that he held onto.

The internal struggle was no more and seemed to stay that way... for now.

Sapph just laid there for a moment as all the systems came back online. "While I'm waiting for the motor functions to come back, I need to know while you're here..." He started, talking to Borock-bot. "Who was it that destroyed my colosseum?" He asked. "At this point, I'm certain that it was Wily's fault, but I need to know for sure that it wasn't the Resistance under nobody's influence."
