Empty grave. Not like I'm justifying the turn of events, but with that explanation (and the scene from the anime...ugh), I can kinda see how this works. It also makes more sense of why we never saw that much of Lisanna in Edolas.

I find it kinda funny how Mirajane (I forgot how to spell her name, it's been too long already ) must've have thought "oh no! My little sister completely disappeared! Must mean she's dead and not that something really [tornado fang]ing weird happened, yep, this is perfectly normal."

Makes you wonder why they considered her death and not simply missing.

In the anime, they expanded the bit on Elfman's backstory, and showed us that he pretty much casually [sonic slicer] slapped her hundreds of feet away (ragdoll effect and all) which then cause Mira to freak the hell out (so there was no one there thinking calmly about the situation) and when Elfman finally came to, Mira was looking kinda out of it. After this, they ended that part of the scene so it's not too far off to believe that Mira found her while in that state of shock and didn't know what to think. Cue anima and... "OMG LISANNA'S DEAAAAD! ;___;"

Side note: only reason I ugh the anime is because it could be sooo much better than what it is and continues to be. Fairy Tail, while nothing approaching God Tier is at least a decent read/story and the animation just does it no justice. Unless you're in it for the tits.

I think that one was after the Oracion Seis arc....could be wrong though.

I´m still not sure what to think about the whole Lissana thing...Her explanation that she didn´t want to make Edo Elf and Mira and the rest of FT sad sounds stupid. I mean didn´t she think of her own guild and Family?
