Mewtwo resumed eating, albeit somewhat sloppily. Despite human-like mannerisms, he was still very much an animal, and that was most evident in how he ate. He tore the meat apart with his sharp teeth, chewed with his mouth open, and gnawed the bones clean before discarding them.

"Maybe if our genders were flipped." Sapph said, responding to Sakura's joke. "But it's all a matter of trial and error. Took me weeks to get this spice mixture just right. Though, it didn't really help that it was ursaring that I was trying the spices out on." He said, tossing a cleaned bone to Kaiser, who, very happily, ate it with several loud crunches. Hero was also quite a bit more interested in the bones than the meat. Rush, meanwhile, was too busy dancing around with the cleaned skull and using it like some demented sock puppet.

Mewtwo licked his chops and began to clean his hands. Quickie watched him for a long moment, wanting to offer him a napkin or something, but she decided against it. She just hoped that the hairball wouldn't be too massive and disgusting afterward.

(So, does anyone have any ideas for plot progression? I'm tackling the Team Rocket end, and all I can think of at the moment is for Mewtwo to cough up a hairball, because it would be funny... and gross.)

(Go for it. Throw in some minions. Giovanni's wise to him, we're wise to him. At this point in time, we're not doing anything. The most I've done so far was start a trail of breadcrumbs for Giovanni to follow, but until his agents actually get a bead on the group, he's relegated to cut scenes.)

(OOH! I have dice! Throw in some mooks, I'll tally a mook rating, and we can Wushu this bad boy!)

Suddenly, as the group was just finishing their meal, 8 armored men, each wearing a combination of black with some different color/s charged out from the bushes and surrounded the group, with both pokeballs and swords drawn. "Sapphire Knight. We were sent to bring in you and everyone with you. Dead or alive. Lethal force has been authorized by our leaders." There was a gold logo on the left sides of their chests that looked like a capital 'L' on top of a capital 'O'.

(The particular color they wear in combo with their black is dependent on how Quickie rolls it. The order of lowest to highest in rating is red, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, and gray at the top.)

(You got a 6. Eight armored men, plus eight characters... I think this calls for a mook rating of 15. Everyone gets four dice (two Yin, two Yang) as a default, traits aren't needed. This is just an experiment, anyway. Chi isn't being counted, either, the dice-rolling is only to progress the scene.)

Quickie jumped to her feet, suddenly cursing her lack of Pokemon. Beside her, Mewtwo growled and was on his feet, hands balled into fists. His eyes flashed blue for a brief moment. "On whose authority?"

(Oh, this afternoon I'll be a bit busy, so I may not get around to the dice-rolling right away.)
