"But we'll all be around you and can protect you if you can't protect yourself." Sakura questioned

"Does such a powerful being even need our protection?" The voice asked Sakura.

"He's been through a lot it seems." She replied to the voice telepathically.

[Quickman]

Mewtwo glowered.

"Don't mind him.  He gets grumpy," Quickie smirked.  "Though, we haven't really eaten, so he could be hungry."  She climbed out of the pool, went to her backpack and dug through it.  She fished out a pack of semi-moist food and tossed it to Mewtwo, who caught it with one hand, ripped it open, and began to eat.

"I know that feeling, I feel sorry for the trainers that stumble on me with an empty stomach." Sakura laughed.

(Now I have this vivid image of Mewtwo face-down in a can of catfood. )

Sapph just sat at the bottom of the pool for a while, cross-legged, cross-armed, and holding his breath. His thoughts began to wander, reminiscing on the adventures he had before chasing Obsidian up Mt Silver. Finding that misty, purple gem in Hoenn, that dark island in Sinnoh, treasure hunting into the burned tower of Johto. Oh how he missed those days.

Dr. Wily II looked at the moist treat in front of him...

"... Sure, why not!"

[Pyro]

Pyro handed the s'more to Wily II and hopped towards a nearby supply closet with his Pokemon following him single file. After he swung the door open he waved to the doctor.

"See ya around, Dr. Smiley!" he shouted and jumped in. Firebrawl was the one to enter last and slammed the door shut. Had Wily opened it again, he would find the boy and his Pokemon gone... though this strange portal swirled around behind the mop and broom.

Meanwhile, back in Saffron City. The door to pump room near the pool banged loudly once, twice, and three times before it swung open and Pyro tumbled out with his entourage.

(DWII is free to jump through the portal if he wants before it vanishes. )

[Dr. Wily II]

(Hell, why not. )

Dr. Wily II chased after the boy, with s'more in hand to the supply closet.

"YOU COME BACK!! I HAVE A FAVOUR... To ask... You?" When Dr. Wily II opened the closet, it was empty, sans the mop and broom... And a strange... Swirly thing. The boy, and his Pokemon were nowhere to be found!! Against his better judgement, Dr. Wily II swallowed the s'more in one glup, and touched the swirly thing... Only to be pulled in by it forcefully. With a yelp, Dr. Wily II disappeared into the closet, and with a pop, so did the swirl.

"SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII-" What seemed like an eternity spinning in place, Dr. Wily II somehow managed to escape from the swirl, and re-emerged back out... Or at least he think so. But before he can register anyway, Dr. Wily II felt his back hit something wet... And the next thing he knew, he was drowning.

"Oh holy [parasitic bomb]!" Sakura cried as she saw a old man drowning.  She swam over to him and managed to get him out with the help of Venus. However the man was unconscious and Sakura looked visibly scared and worry about the possibility of an Old Man dying "Guys I need help, I don't know how to preform CPR."

She also noticed that strange boy again, without Palkia roaring at him this time.

[Pyro]

Pyro looked around to find himself in a new environment but hardly seemed troubled by it... or the splash Dr. Wily II made when he hit the water. He brushed himself off and looked up to find Quickie on the deck. Memphis and Firebrawl hastily groomed themselves and Loki followed Pyro as the trainer pounced on her and hugged her.

"Quickie!" Then he caught a glimpse of Lt. PB and blinked, "Do I know you? You look familiar..." 

Meanwhile, Memphis caught a glimpse of the Milotic; his heart started beating faster and his eyes sparkled as they marveled at the Tender Pokemon's beauty.

Venus looked at the Emploleon completely confused and was more concerned about her Trainer's well being.

Sapph's attention snapped up to the surface of the pool to see someone drowning. At that, he shot up from the bottom of the pool, Sakura getting to the old man before he could reach the surface. It was at this point that he felt something hit the bottoms of his feet and shoot him out of the water, most likely Kasier giving him a boost. He landed surprisingly lightly next to Sakura and the old man (who he could swear he's met before). "You don't know how to do CPR? Good thing I come prepared then. Hero! The pump!"

Hero was already a step ahead of his trainer, carrying over, what looked like, a squeaky toy that had a tube sticking out of each side of it. "[You remember which end goes in, right?]" The absol asked as Sapph took the item, which was obviously this pump he called for, and gave it a couple squeezes.

Sapph didn't answer as he set about to work, shoving one of the tubes into the old man's mouth and performing CPR, using the pump instead of the mouth-to-mouth part.

(The way that 'pump' works is it has a 1-way valve in each tube. One lets air in, the other lets it out.

Also, he didn't notice Pyro's being there just yet.)

Sakura sat there watching Sapph preform CPR, with a somewhat new found respect for him, hoping that the Old Man would survive.

(I am guessing due to the Pyro's unconscious warping of spacetime, Dr. Wily II might have arrived a fraction of a second before him so I do not blame Sapph for not noticing. As for DWII, I believe cartoon physics may apply due to the nature of Pyro's existence.)

(Nah, CPR also includes chest compressions, which would push the air out.)

(More likely a jet of water will fire out of his mouth and spit out a Magikarp, which will flop around on the pool deck [despite there being no Magikarps in the pool.])
