Topic: RPM POKEMON ADVENTURE THING

[Quickman]

Mewtwo leaned forward on all fours, breathing heavily.  The residual pain in his head was starting to fade, along with the tightness in his chest.  He couldn't detect the Alakazam's presence any longer.  Catching his breath, he looked at all of the other Pokemon around him.  "Thank you.  The attack has ended."

Quickie rushed over to him.  "You need to rest, now.  You had a busy day."

Mewtwo nodded.  "I dare say that we could all use some rest."

[Sapphire Knight]

With the attack over, the gem Hero brought out stopped glowing and he went to put it back in the bag.

Sapph, meanwhile, was now passed out and missed everything.

[Sakura Leic]

Sakura came in to see Mewtwo on all fours as he was catching his breath.  She walks over to him and passes her hand through his soft fur.

"Are you going to be okay?" Sakura asked.

[Quickman]

Mewtwo nodded. "Yes.  Just need to rest."

"We can't sleep here in the middle of the floor, we'll trip up Nurse Joy," Quickie crouched and offered her hand.  "Come on.  Let's find you a place to lay down."

Mewtwo took Quickie's hand and pulled himself to his feet.  He staggered over to a bench and flopped down on it, utterly exhausted.

[Sakura Leic]

"That's good." Sakura sighed.

"We were just in time." Said Xuangzang. "Any later and Mewtwo could have been seriously damaged."

"Yeah, I think I might need your help from now on." Sakura said mentally "If things are going to be this rough we need all the help we can get."

"Very well, I shall follow your Ideals." Xuangzang nodded.

[Quickman]

Quickie sat down on the bench beside Mewtwo and pet him while he dozed off.  She yawned and considered stretching out herself.  "Mewtwo's right; we could all use some sleep."  Standing, Quickie moved another bench over and dug through her bag for her sleeping bag.  Pulling that out, she unzipped it, climbed onto the bench, and draped it over herself and Mewtwo, who muttered something unintelligible.

[Sakura Leic]

"Mind if I stay in someone's room tonight?" Sakura asked "I don't know if I can sleep tonight and with how crazy today was I might go insane if I'm by myself."

"You know I'm here." Xuangzang pointed out.

"I know you are Xuangzang." Sakura sighed not even bothering using the mental link "But you're much too big to even fit in the center."

"I believe that Magician can shrink me." Xuangzang reasoned.

"Probably a good idea." Sakura nodded "But I still need to talk to someone."

"Very well." Xuangzang nodded.

[Protoman Blues]

Lt. PB couldn't help but overhear Sakura. "Something troubles you, young Sakura?!"

[Sakura Leic]

Sakura looks at Lt. PB with something that looked like a pitiful look, which she hated herself for showing it.

"I feel [tornado fang]ing messed up PB." Sakura sighed.  "I need some help, I don't know how to deal with this, it's just too much."

[Protoman Blues]

"Listen, you are still young. You've seen a lot of what this world has to offer in your travels. As have I, even before and after I traveled around with Quickie. You can see that there is a lot of sinister people out there who try to corrupt Pokemon and use them for evil. Just remember that among the evil there is also plenty of good. Evil makes you feel weaker, like there's nothing you can do to stop it. You just have to believe that the good, the just, will win out in the end. AND IT WILL, AS LONG AS I HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY ABOUT IT! HAHAHAHA!!!!"

[Sakura Leic]

"I know that PB, believe me I've seen my share of people trying to use Pokemon for destructive purposes." Sakura agreed albeit tearing up "But this is the first time that I legitimately feel scared, especially since before I met you I traveled alone.  I have never seen someone's actual life at risk, I just don't know how to cope with this.  

One thing is for sure, I'm not going to hold back anymore, I will help stop this injustice.  I can't stand by and let this happen, I have to get stronger.  But right now, I need help, I feel like my mind is going to explode."

[Sapphire Knight]

Rush was busy picking up Sapph and sitting him in a cushy chair. Once he was sure his trainer was settled in, he walked over to where Sakura and PB were talking. "I think we've established that all of us have a reason to join in the fight now." He said, crossing his arms and nodding. "For most of us, it's for justice. I think I can speak for Boss when I say that if we stand together and fight, there is no evil that can't be conquered!"

[Sakura Leic]

"Yeah I know." Sakura nodded "The question is how can I keep my sanity."

[Sapphire Knight]

Rush tilted his head a moment, thinking. "Hmm... How many adventures have you been on so far again?" The Zoroark asked, trying to figure how to help.

[Sakura Leic]

"3 and every one of them had something stupid happen." Sakura recalled "The first one there was a guy who wanted to flood Hoenn so water Pokemon could have more homes. The second time someone wanted to control Time and Space in order to destroy the world and create a new one without emotions because the perpetrator thought that emotions made us imperfect.

The last was when a group wanted to separate Humans and Pokemon for the good of everyone by getting Reshiram to recognize their King as a hero and forcing people to listen to him only for me to kick his ass with Zekrom. Then his daddy showed up revealing that he wanted to get rid of everyone else's Pokemon except his so he can rule the world, and that he thinks his son is [parasitic bomb], so I also kicked his ass.  So yeah I think I need therapy or something."

[Sapphire Knight]

Rush nodded. "Seems like you've already been through enough to make most people lose their grips on sanity." He said, rolling his head. "Though, have you experienced heavy physical, mental, or emotional during any of those adventures?" He asked,scratching his head.

[Sakura Leic]

"No....." Sakura said slowly.

[Sapphire Knight]

"Hmm... Well, hopefully things will slow down a little after this adventure." Rush said, nodding. "At least, in terms of region-to-global crises."

[Sakura Leic]

"Don't count on it." Sakura sighed "I attract this sort of thing."

[Sapphire Knight]

(GAH! Sorry! I keep going in circles with what I do and don't wanna say. Please bear with me while I try to get my brain and fingers to cooperate. T^T )

(No problem, Sakura just needs some help.  But I don't know what kind of help.)

Rush shrugged. "Join the club." He said, plopping down on the floor in a sort of crouch. "It's one of the reasons why Sapph doesn't do like the other Elite 4 members and wander off whenever it strikes his fancy." He said, pausing. "He has other reasons too, aside from the League not wanting him to be gone for too long. But I really shouldn't be discussing that while he's passed out from chucking his cookies." He continued, nodding. "His fears are really going to come back and bite him... The nature of a certain 'friend' of ours doesn't really help with those fears either."

[Sakura Leic]

"Yeah but we'll go just as insane if we stay still." Sakura countered.

[Pyro]

"We need cake!" Pyro said out loud, "Cake makes everything better."  

Mr. Spook pulled out a plate with a slice or moist and tasty chocolate cake and offered it to Sakura. Loki already helped himself to a slice and looked happy eating it and Pyro took a piece for himself.

"Sure why not." Sakura shrugged and took a bite "This is good, where did you get it?"
