I think it's more about the MegaMan site invites coupled with the still unknown MegaMan Universe trademark.  People saw that as signs of a reveal coming, not that Capcom traditionally gives away big MegaMan news at E3.

I'd hope Snake peacefully passed away before MGSR, frankly.  Hell, by the time MGS4 was over he only had like six months left to live anyway.

That was pretty much during his "Foxdie is gonna kill me and everyone around me" phase. I think right now, he's pretty much like any old man clone. Meaning he should have at least two years or so. Maybe a little more.

The last few E3's have lacked something to me. I never watched any coverage or read anything that got me excited. Oh, how that changed this year. As this year's E3 draws to a close, I'm left with enthusiasm about The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Kirby's Epic Yarn, the Nintendo 3DS, and the new Kid Icarus game. Seeing a pattern yet? Usually I don't pay that close attention to E3 because I usually get nothing out of it. This year was different. Maybe it was because Nintendo knew it was going to be changing gaming forever again, but they were on fire--and they knew it. They got someone like me, someone who was never interested in the Wii before, excited about upcoming titles. In fact, I'm finally giving in and buying one.

Indeed. Pretty much the only thing I could think of, is that Summer World Hobby Fair starts today in Japan. And since Capcom is actually one of the sponsors of that event, it may make a bit more "sense" (at least to them) to showcase a new Rockman title over there as opposed to E3, which would be more relevant to the "kid-friendly" crowd WHF caters to. Besides, haven't most, if not all of the last few Rockman titles been showcased at WHF? I know the EXE+Ryuusei and Zero Collection were certainly showcased at Winter WHF a few months ago, certainly. 

So, I'm thinking like so: we're either going to get some thing this weekend at WHF, or we're not going to get anything at all until TGS, at the latest. If Capcom wants to start hyping for a possible Fall/Winter 2010 release, though, they really need to start doing something....like now! 8D

Square did it for me for a change, XIV looks great and the change in battle mechanics seems just what XI needed in its run. So, I'm looking forward to a great MMO finally.

Yes, finally. WoW and all the ones on it's tailwind are crap. And Blizzard should stop wasting money on making another MMO as I've heard and make another RTS Warcraft game. Srsly.

I'm with you there. Zelda and 3DS have me hypnotized. The Sorcery PS3 game is pretty neat too.
