My guess...

...I am hoping it is an 8-bit exploring game.  Down the lines of Wily Tower, but with all Robot Masters from 1-10, along with the characters from the gameboy games, Rockman and Forte.  Heck, from R&F, Capcom could replace Tengu and Astro with Fake Man and Dark Man.

Find and defeat all Robot Masters to complete the game. 

I STILL WANT AN 8-BIT DUO.  Angry
