Personally, I prefer the name Sting Man.

I like the design of the purple scorpion.
The living coral, not so much.

Well to me the flames on the wings looked a bit wierd to me. Then you showed the animation clearing up my doubts. Though the jets do kinda imply that he can fly/hover more than glide. That's just me though.

Also his chestplate kinda looks like he has large breasts. Course that's nothing to complain about.

Overall though, I like his design.

first of all, cloudman is copyrighted by capcom, Mend didnt have the rights from the start.

The character is, not the sprite. Let Capcom fight their own battles.

Besides, this has nothing to do with copyrights, you're using someone else's work without the consent of the creator, I'm sure you wouldn't like that to happen to you.
