If we have to draw Megaman, we're doomed man, DOOOMEEEEDDD!

But yeah as I said in DA. Too awesome for a mere artist.

So yeah, I decided to post those things from the MM Tribute contest, and since I haven't updated this thread in a long time I'm dropping these here too.

I must be the only one that didn't draw megaman, and it's supposed to be a tribute to him (or rather them...)

This is absolutely beautiful!

Good to see some Squid Adler / Volt Kraken love. Always liked his design. I liked how the tied his story with launch octopus. Thought that was a nice touch.

But damn, both of those are amazing.

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

Why tribute Megamen only? Without the supports and bosses they would be nothing :D
Awesome job!

Hey, thanks man! The respect is mutual, I really love the music you make :)

Tried a different workflow (as I always do), and I have to say I'm really liking it so far, I finaly feel like I know what I'm doing :P
So here's a teaser of one of these drawings I'm making, I'll post later in DeviantArt what is this for.

Not really, I had to improvise a lot in my previous attempts, which took longer than it should.

Well, I'll take the compliment :). I'm sure you would get much better by just trying different coloring methods and just practising, you make really great ideas, a drawing style (Which takes a long time to get) and you make really clean linearts, something I could never do well (I try to avoid making linearts as much as I can because of that).

I just found a workflow I think I feel comfortable with, but it's definitely not the only way to work, or rather, not everyone would feel ok with it. So the only way to learn which workflow is the best for you is to try all the ways you can find.

And some general message: Yeah, I haven't updated in a while, and if you check DeviantArt often you might guess why. I got invited to participate in a book with 4 other artists (yay), so I've been actually pretty busy drawing, and I don't think I can show anything of them yet. That puppet I showed is actually a tease of one of the drawings :)

It's been a long time since I posted anything, so I'm posting another tease in the meantime :P

I finished with all the dawings I had to make, so after catching up with the university stuff I'll go back to drawing stuff I can actually show.

Damn that's awesome as per usual.

I wonder though, is that an original creature or some obscure monster reference?

Yeah, i'd like to see that too  >0<.

Now that I got these drawings out of the way I'll some time again to experiment a few stuff, so well see. I really want to try drawing with Photoshop again, been a long time since I drew something entirely with it.

And thanks! Glad to hear that from you, I really like your stuff too :3
