I never cared much for tournament rules. The game's much more fun when played casually, the way it was meant to be played.(In my opinion)

So, anyone feel like having a match?

I actually have a strange relationship with this game. I know that it is great, but somewhere, I am dissapointed...in the tournament section.

I miss the old community from Melee, that community is no where to be seen in Brawl, and it broke the game for me a bit personally...

But other than that, Brawl keeps entertaining me like Melee did, and I still have those awesome battles together with 2 friends, where we laugh out loud at many funny parts!

That's really weird to me. Outside of violently fluctuating connections for online Brawls & lack of L Cancels (Link & Ganondorf players know that this was a heavy loss), there really isn't anything in the game that makes me place Melee over it. Everything was improved to insane levels.

I guess I could play a celebratory round or two.

I both started Christmas at our house, and my computer is fine now.

EDIT: Okay, Akamaru, that must have been you.
I don't know WHAT happened on Delfino Plaza with Falco's SmashB, but besides the one Sudden Death where Pikachu Dodge Rolled the exact OPPOSITE direction I wanted him to, those fights went without too much of a hitch. Lag's always there, but I've pretty much worked my way around it (actually, I think I can even use it to my advantage...what do you say?).

Sorry Akamaru, but I gotta call it quits. The lag in those matches was God awful tonight.

Also, highlight reel:

Marth vs. Samus - Brought the A game although lag wanted to say otherwise.
Ganondorf vs. Lucario - Ugh.
Ganondorf vs. Toon Link - Match and comeback of the night.

Captain Falcon vs. Zelda - Ugh.

Ike vs. Falco - [tornado fang]ing hell yes. I was hating that ray gun spam.

Pit vs. Ness - Amazing.
