Challenging that. I was totally not playing right and you all should have seen that. Seriously, how many times did I suicide due to lag or my spot dodging failing? Also, PB & Lou, I so almost gave up on that match when Lou blindsided me with Dedede's hammer.

The block in brawl is not like other fighting games I notice. An attack can still go through if your shield has not broken yet. Plus Dedede attack is a multi hit move. I guess something went through. I can't believe I am going to say this but I REALLY enjoyed using him tonight

Shield-poking. That's one advantage to playing as Yoshi, but the tradeoff is his shield is slower and he can't jump out of it.

Honestly, a broken thumb Wanda Ike is still better than the sucklicious Brawling that is Ninja Lou & Jericho.

Jelly must have run out of steam, because in the 1.0 matches he was wailing on me pretty bad. Still managed a cool Replay victory of using Super Dragon breath to light a bunch of Bob-ombs under his feet, though.

Hyper, let me the first to tell you that playing Smash while dizzy as hell is quite the new experience for me.

I also still would like to know how so many dodges, attacks, and even jumps failed me that night. Then let's not get started on the 2.0 matches... (Seriously, those were all enigmas.)

Got a replay from one of those, too. It wasn't a particularly impressive victory, but I saved it for that Egg-to-the-Blast Box launch on your Ganondorf.
