I think I'll use this thread to post my various X Challenges. I use X because it can mean just about anything.

This challenge list isn't anything special, but I did it because I thought it would be interesting.

Note that these are recorded directly from the TV and not an emulator. I would record from an emulator, but it was way to much of a hassle trying to collect anything.

Please enjoy (and note how much I suck at X 1!) =D.

Personally, the X2 Mavericks are the easiest in the entire series.

I always felt the ones in X3 were far easier. Especially Crush Crawfish.

I wholeheartedly agree.  The X3 Mavericks were very easy.

Eh, I suck right now. A lot. I need to play more and get better really quick xD. X2's weapons are better than what I said. That should be proof on how much I suck atm.

I feel like redoing my old X challenges and I have to ask, would you count the dash boots as an upgrade in X1? I ask because its a series staple after wards.

So in other words, I can't use it?

I couldn't count it, seeing as its a staple, but I want the run to be as legit as possible.

What you can do is beat chill penguin's stage without using the dash boots(There is NO way you can skip the capsule), and then use a password that has Chill Penguin's stage beaten without the dash boots.

Screwy, I know, but I did it on my minimalist challenge.

Here's a X1 Password Generator:http://www.mmhp.net/Passwords/MMX1/

...Or if you really want to, I'm sure you can hack the ROM to make a path around the capsule.
