Speaking of which, I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but I'm a very picky seafood eater. I don't like fish skin, I don't like shrimp that hasn't been de-veined, and... about shellfish, I don't know. I guess you would say I want my shellfish to be thoroughly gutted.
