Damn my grinding must be good, all my Pokemon are lv 52 and the Champion's final Pokemon is at lv 59 and I'm not even at Victory Road yet and still have to take down Team Plasma. I also love my new Starmie a lot, it's going to wreck [parasitic bomb] up everywhere.

I had a Pidgeot that I would use to cut a swathe of destruction. His name was PerkyTerky, raised him from a Pidgey, first Pokemon I caught. At some point, I had a Vulpix (Snausages) on my team, and a Pikachu (LoWattBulb), as I was playing Yellow. I refused to train that Pikachu, so all my efforts went to PerkyTerky and CheeseWhiz (a Ratata). Then, when PerkyTerky was kicking ass, I supplemented the team with an Aerodactyl (Wong Wei) and Mewtwo (Koko Roos). Kicking Elite 4 ass all across the board.

Back in the day, calling your rival "a loser" was considered novel. I was honestly surprised how so many people never thought about doing that.

And besides "a loser" worked better than "[sonic slicer]," "bastard," or anything else. How? Because Professor Oak would say, "This is my grandson. He is a loser." And then there's "a loser wants to fight." And the classic, "You have defeated a loser." It's the "a" that sells it.

It was only in Pokemon that I did that. And with amusing results. Usually, characters are just given throwaway names, like Fozzie, Spanky, Iggy, Slappy, Boo, and Doobie. And that's because the first play was intended to be a test play, but I just end up completing the game with a name like Booger.

I always give my rivals an insulting name, it's kinda like tradition for me.
Though sometimes, I call them by the nickname/name of my friend/s.

Also, I'm at the battle with Taihaku in .hack G.U.

He can AIDA HAX slow you down considerably, while giving you damage. Then he starts to [twin slasher] you while you're slowed down. And while that is happening you can't use the skills on him otherwise IT'S RED AURA EXPLOSION TO THE FACE YOU COCKMUNCH!

Anyway, I haven't played any Pokémon in a while now. I still remember farming berries and rare candies in my Soul Silver playthrough. So far, I was doing nothing at that time but just stockpiling. Can't remember what to do next.

4Kids barely did anything to Pokemon.
You know why? Because they had nothing to do most of the time.
The only thing they did is MURIKKANIZE some things.
And skip an episode or two (the one with guns).

Pokemon was always childish, both the games and the anime. Even the manga.

This is the truth.

Though the games are kinda fun... sometimes.
