But at this point, advice isn't going to do anything for me.

I think i'm just a little overtaxed, not doing much then suddenly having to do a lot in one week, with very little elbow room in terms of relax time, just takes a lot out of me.

Though i'm pretty sure there are other factors, this is probably the most major of them.

Reploids aren't robots. Reploids are more akin to androids then robots, because robots are usually basic worker class type beings.

Androids are capable of making music, art, and other things that you have to be sentient to do. More importantly, androids and by proxy reploids are created to be on par with humans.

Fun fact: Cyborgs are the happy medium between androids and robots.

It's not about what they're made of, it's what's on the inside.  They have emotions, can make decisions not based on programming, and are sentient unlike drones.  Therefore they are alive.

I've only read a wiki about that, but I consider her and ADA to be alive.

That's interesting, I guess there isn't anything keeping robots from being put in say the same category as animals. Or would that be speciest of me?

Personally, if androids existed I'm picking an android to live over a robot any day of the week.

Cyborgs don't count because they are already partially human by definition.

Seconded, it's becoming a chore reading his posts.

I've been diagnosed with medical depression before, and I never let that stuff slip into online interactions. So it gets grating.

I'm sorry if you have depression or something dude, I know what it's like. I guess it's just strange for me to see what I felt but coming from other people. It's quite uncanny to be honest.

I don't know what else to say other than if I come off as a dick to you it's because I don't want people putting themselves down for years like I did and still do sometimes. Try to be optimistic, I know it's hard, it takes effort, but you have to make it happen in your head, no one is going to do it for you. Trust me, I know.

I really can't answer that.  Either way either the human dies or the what made what that robot was, memories and experiences, are gone.  Sure you may be able to recover the body of the robot, but it won't be the same person ever again.
