Technically my classes are organized by Quarters as well since I only have 8-week courses, save for General courses which are 16-weeks.

Well 2 Quarters is basically a semester.

That's how I've always seen it, I just find it odd that your quarters are two weeks longer than what I consider normal.

It's divided by Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer school. Each quarter we have different classes so I don't consider it a semester.

We get Winter Break which is 2 weeks Spring Break which is 1 Week and Summer Vacation which is 2 1/2 months if I don't take Summer school.

Sounds similar to mine.

Winter Break is about a month.
Spring Break is a (really [tornado fang]ing boring) week.
Summer Vacation starts in the middle of May and goes till the end of August.

That's not too bad, could've been just July and August.

It actually sounds like you have more around 3 months of Summer Vacation.

~~Dumb question, but the only PS3 controllers my brother has are wireless, so could I use it to play PC games?~~ Scratch that, looks like I gotta find the charging cable (assuming my brother didn't throw it out when when he got a charging dock despite having mostly single-player games) and get the spare controllers out.
