Honestly, I don't know if you should either. Not much going on there. However that's why it needs more members, so it's not an easy choice.

It's okay if you can just ignore the n00bs plus there aren't so many members. But there are some things that really annoy me like you can't delete a post if some replied to it and also when you quote something it also quotes the quote that person quoted so sometimes you see a post with 5 quotes in the same post squished together.

Join the MMX9 forums, if you want to just increase the numbers, by being a "+1" statistic.

But actually participating on the forums is another altogether. Right now, I have no such inclination, as I haven't seen anything that's really all that flooring. Plus the overall community sucks. It doesn't have the sheer quality of MMN, nor the pizazz and charm of RPM? What's the point?

We could just command assloads of RPM people to join. Sub's there, why not?

Yeah I guess it would be expected since it's a Megaman X9 forum so it would bound to be full of n00bs but still there is no way a site could survive with only 2 admins and no mods especially since mods don't have the power to ban members unlike the Web Master, Mod, and Purifier relationship here since there is barely any difference.. by the way what's the point of making Purifiers since they basicly have the same power as Mods as far as I know.

Not to mention the technical stand point it has. I mean this forum is, of course, way superior to them and many other forums.

That could work and we could suggest that Vixy and/or some othe mods could become a mod (preferably admins so they can ban.) since they already is one unless it's too much work then I could understand.
