Looks nice, Flame.  I'm curious, did you say you were going to do one for Archer too?

Yes. However, it is Roa, who is joining. (Archer has been so many folks... including Roa and Prince Harming- But Roa fits the best for the BLs.)

So you say, but this concept is pretty awesome.

He looks like Zeus~

For some reason the first person that jumped to my mind was Father from FMA, but he does look like Zeus in a way (or pretty much like the common representation of God :P)

Oh, and thanks to Quicky for the banner :)

My life is currently bears and Jojos and everything is great.

I left the hair uncolored/grayish because from what I have seen, the black lanterns seem to be mostly devoid of all color, being as gray as possible. So... yeah.
Hope you like Thanatos.

Awesome Flame. 0v0

However, his pale skin, red hair comes from his negative energy absorbing ability. When he is surounded by people with negative emotions, he drains that darkness into himself intentional or not. Because of that he can feel what the others feel.

(click to show/hide)

I will continue the story, when I like it. You can asume one thing, Thanatos will fall deep.

coulda told me the hair thing before. :P.
nothing a little bit of tweaking in photoshop couldnt fix- but Ill leave that to you. (messing around with the hue/color balance on the selected hair would work.)

It was originally Wily's Tar Devil, if I recall
Yep, it was my Tar Devil, that should make an appearance in my thread soon... -_-

You know... Can I do both?
Steal Tar Devil's identity, and create an additional construct of him too? XD

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

Well the thing is that the Blue Lanterns have this "religion" theme going. So I had no other choice but to give him something fancy. But as I said, that's probably not the final version.

I finally finished coloring Blue Lantern VulpesPyreX.

And finished his origin...

Quote
Known throughout the cosmos as “the Scourge of the Seventeen Galaxies” and the “Fuzzy Destroyer of Worlds”, VulpesPyreX caused the fall of countless empires through his natural powers of carefree annoyance and inability to die. In doing so, his youthful exuberance brought hope to the oppressed and gained the attention of the exiled Guardians of the Universe, Ganthet and Sayd. After driving a frigate of Zebesian Space Pirates to the brink of insanity, the Captain had the eternally young fox shoved out an airlock. A blue ring streaked from the stars and fit itself onto his finger.

“VULPES PYREX OF (untranslatable). YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO INSTILL GREAT HOPE.”

Upon accepting the ring and undergoing a rather—difficult study on Odym, Pyro left to patrol the stars until his journeys brought him to Sector 1337 where he learned his old friend Quickie became Indigo Tribeswoman of that world. Opting to stick around (despite Jericho being the designated Blue Lantern of Sector 1337), VPX decided to stay on RPM world to join the in the looming War of Light along his old friend and her allies. Since then he added a few more titles to his repertoire; the Red Lanterns call him “the Bane” because his flippant attitude irritates them (especially Sparky), despite the blue ring’s calming effects. Agent Orange (AKA Dr. Wily II) calls him “the Keeper of Things Away” because his inability to steal VPX’s identity, and that the fox keeps various treasures and trinkets within arms reach, but takes it away at the last moment. He even frustrates the Black Lanterns through his apparent immortality. Although his methods are (to put it lightly) highly unorthodox, VPX believes that all will be well and engages in reckless, daredevil-like stunts to prove that point: there will always be a tomorrow.

Any thoughts?

It does liven things up, doesn't it?  8)

But as long as you're not too serious, you'll be fine around VPX.
