As people following me on DA must know, I've been uploading quite a bit of stuff lately. However since I want to have stuff to post so that this doesn't get to page 2 by the time I do anything else I won't post it all at the same time >.>

Oh man, I have a lot of stuff to post, some that's on DA already and some that isn't...but I don't feel like posting any of that right now, so have an overdone meme with a series that doesn't get many.

I swear I'll post some actually artsy stuff tomorrow, seriously.

The reason I named him Kenshin should be obvious, afterall, aren't he and his family otter samurai things? It's a perfect fit.

Anyone that pays attention to my style should notice something odd. I drew 5 fingers on the hand again, it just looked too awkward with 4 in this pose. Dunno if this is something that will stick or just for this pic.

Also, I dunno if Kenshin is the right size or if he's too small .___.

If anyone cares my current team is
-Kenshin the Dewott
-Sameth the Herdier (he'll probably get his own fanart one of these days)

Ohhh I see what went wrong~ The pants flare out a lot more and have more pleats. Also more baggy in general...imo. But fabric is really hard to draw D:

Hey Tai, do you use Photoshop with a tablet?

Anyway, a good way to make a sakura-rain is to draw the petal in black -> select, File -> define Brush preset.
Select the brush -> Shape dynamics play around with Size jitter, 30% minimum diameter, Angle Jitter, Scattering (count 1, Both axis), Color dynamics Foreground/Background Jitter and Hue Jitter, and optionally, Other dynamics -> opacity jittery.

Then select various shades of purple/pink/red for your foreground and background colours and play around with your tablet.

(also, sleeves need to be wider ;3)
