Granted, but the only place you can get it from is a mine deep in the tunnels below Norway. You and a band of intrepid Norwegian miners go down in search of it. Only one returns, and he is rendered totally insane by the experience below. His random gibberings become popular with the locals, and he soon gains his own talk show, book series and a movie based on him. You, on the other hand, are never to be found again and get nothing. And because you never returned with the materials after all, your Dalek falls apart.

Granted, but it's a cursed top hat that can never be removed. If you were to remove it for any reason whatsoever, you would be decapitated by a razor sharp windshield wiper blade.
