My Hack is coming along fine, except I cant get a free program to convert Mp3's to Midi's, And all graphics need to be finished by somebody else. I can't sprite for [parasitic bomb].

My mod's going pretty well too. I finished making the sprites for Freeze Man. I replaced him with Python from Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. He looks pretty stupid, but there weren't enough references of him to make somewhat accurate sprites of him.

I have bad news though. It doesn't deal with the mod itself, it deals with making videos of it. Whenever I try to make a movie in Camtasia, I can't save it as an AVI anymore. Nothing happens when I try to publish it. Anyone have any clue as to why it does that?

You have to change the MIDI tunes into Ptone, but I don't really know how to do that. And nobody has made a converter yet...

Did you extend the 30-day free trial, or did you purchase the full version?

then this site, has a few Pttune music files if you scroll down a bit... I tried them, and they work... but at a cost. if you use them to replace a stage BGM, th music plays fine, but overlaps all other in stage sound effects. all you hear is the music, and not the sound effects like shooting, getting hurt, etc.

When that company was offering the free version for one of its old versions (Version 3 I think it was) I was able to download the full version with a working key code, I guess now it won't work since I had to reinstall it recently due to having to reformat my laptop... :/

Really? I actually used a couple of the songs from that site and as far as I can tell, the music is kinda loud, however, it doesn't overlap the sounds dramatically, at least not from what I experienced with it.

I don't have a screenshot as of now, but I was able to replace the normal english font letters with the font used in Chrono Trigger. Turns out the letters are about the size of the NES MM font. I also replaced the menu weapon select font with the MMX1-3 font.

EDIT: Alright, got a shot. This displays the menu font, although the observant might notice the different numbers.

Alright, I forgot to mention this, But...

RUSH Plates=ZERO Plates.
When all collected, you collect Z.Mask (Zero Mask).
I have not completed the Sprites for this, And I don't think I'll be able to.

okay, I take back what I said before about those tunes overlapping other sound... apparently it was either a momentary glitch, or I just didnt hear the sound effects. cuz I tried them again and now the other SFX are clearly hearable.

I think I need like 3 or 4 converters to make the music into 8-Bit Ptone.

1 to change the music from Mp3 to Midi.
1 To make the music NES-Style.
1 To change it to a WAV.
and 1 to change it to Pttune.
