Well , on my birthday , May 20th , I'm getting Rockman EXE 4.5 for my birthday I love the Navi StarMan  , but , as most of you know, you cant get him without the chip  Ive checked Ebay and Amazon.com , and I Cant find any and I NNNEEEEEEEEEDDDDD it. Please help me or tell me what to do! Im stuck!  I hope i dont have to miss out on him....  |

That is indeed quite a pain. The best Navis were restricted to the use of chips. I didn't bother buying it mainly because of that.  |

Are you getting the game with the Battle Chip Gate Pack? Starman is packed with it. ^^ The only other way to get the Navi is with cheat codes. o.o;; |

Back in the day, I remember people screwing around with the chip's pins allowed them to transform one chip into another. This is pretty extreme and I have no idea if they ever make it work to recreate a StarMan chip

Ah yes, I was one of those. Very fun little hobby, I still remember how to do it too  Anyway, we never got around to figuring out the 4.5 Navi chip pins, there was something unusual about them that made it incredibly difficult to "hack." |

There's always R4 GBA, you can find data for Starman and a RMEXE 4.5 ROM data so you can do that, alternitavely... But you need R4 first. I think there's a savestate with Starman data unlocked that you can use for 4.5.
Yes, I am suggesting an alternative way to do it besides ordering from Toywiz and Toys n' Joys (just search Rockman with thier respective search engines).

Well, R4 was legal until courts banned it sometime ago due to ROM activity (it was origionally a homebrew cart).

+ A Seperatly bought Battle Gate
+ A Starman Chip ( only thing im missing )

You should see if you can find the Battle Chip Gate Rockman version too.
But maybe you like red more, so go for the Blues version.
There are usually Japanese Yahoo Auctions that sell battle chips.
Starman is sometimes one of them.
