There's quite a few pokemon that have been completely swept undertow while others like Tangela and Rhydon were given more evolutions. Pinsir could use a Scizor like evolution, for one. Tauros is pretty much doomed, Lapras, Kangaskhan, Hypno, Persian... there's still a lot of older mons that need some boosts.

But six is good enough for me, I was thinking of overevolving Gardevoir extra forms, as well as everyone else.. that way no two pokemon can be exactly the same.

Besides, there are more multi-forms of others 'sides Evee.. it's route's perfectly fine for my standards, not like a major one is going to come out for awhile after the GSC remake..

I think they need to cool it down on the Legendaries. There's around 35 of them now, which is slowly nearing the 10% area. Diamond and Pearl really overdid it with the amount they introduced.

What's wrong with more legendaries, by the way? I can't really see a problem with adding more. I guess it is annoying to have to keep resetting if you want one with good IVs, but that's mostly just a problem with IVs being bullshit.

-Elemental creatures? Check.
-Man made golems of legend? Check.
-Giant of legend? Check.
-Invincible man made creature? Check.
-Ruler of the skies? Check.
-Ruler of the seas? Check.
-Aliens? Check.
-Ancestor of every living creature (pokemon actually)? Check.
-Spirit of the forest? Check.
-A wish granting creature (Jirachi)? Check.
-Whatever Rayquaza is meant to be? Check.
-Creator of the oceans? Check.
-Creator of the lands? Check.
-Creator of emotions? Check.
-Creator of intelligence? Check.
-Creator of willpower? Check.
-Moon deity or similar (Cresselia)? Check.
-Volcano deity or similar (Heatran)? Check.
-Whatever Shaymin is? Check.
-The boogeyman (closest comparison I could think for Darkrai)? Check.
-Creator of time? Check.
-Creator of space? Check.
-The devil (that's the most similar thing to Giratina)? Check.
-God? Check.

Tell me what's left for them to use =/

Oh, you think the creators of Pokemon can't come up with more of the things? They've made ridiculous amounts already, they can certainly manage more. [parasitic bomb], I can manage more.

Looking at your list, for example, I notice we've got two moon pokemon (Darkrai is totally moon based), but no sun one. So we start with a sun legendary. Going with the space theme, we'll go with a planet for its version mascot partner. Go along with the rule of three and put an asteroid legendary in there to fill out the trio. They may not be as impressive as a pokemon in control of time, but I suspect nobody's really going to complain.

That took me like 5 minutes to come up with, and while I wouldn't call it good, I'd still call it serviceable. A group of people who actually take some time can only do better.

Darkrai puts you on an eternal sleep and haunts your dreams for eternity, I don't see how that relates to the moon. Besides, they're not exactly legendary, but we've already got Solrock and Lunatone.

Well, he only shows up when it's a new moon, and he's based around shadows, like the new moon is. Look it made sense to me alright.

Solrock is just a funny shaped rock, it's not really that much like some spirit of fire. Moltres is basically a phoenix, and that didn't stop them making Ho-Oh, who's basically the same, a generation later.
And are you gonna complain if the next pokemon isn't some overdeity who can create universes or something? I'm not.

the Pokemon that supposedly brought them to Earth? Why didn't it get Legendary status? I'll stick with Mewtwo, Zapdos, Motlres, Articuno, Dragonite and Pikachu as my team and I am set for life!

True, but Lucario certainly proves as an example that breaks the rule.  He proved that a movie that could work just fine with just a nice new, shiny and non-Legendary Pokemon altogether, PLUS an already established Legendary (Mew). Lukey wasn't even a starter, and yet he was the 4th Generation Poke that we got to know the most.

So, I say we could certainly stand to do more in that vein. I agree with the overall notion that D/P/Pl over-did with Legendaries, and we could stand to see less the next go-round.

I liked "Wave-Guiding Hero", too, at least in JP. 

And yeah, the fact that Lucario was the 4th Gen Poke that got the most amount of play guaranteed him a spot. Basically the same thing for how Mewtwo was able to get into Melee, and even how Nyasu/Meowth was "allegedly" planned for the original game.

Not really remake related, but does anyone want an Outrage Gible? Mostly Jolly. They're not really very interesting, especially to someone with Platinum, but I was gonna release them anyway, so...
