Apparently, there is a huge Pokemon video game announcement coming on May 10th during the Japanese variety show, "Pokemon Sunday". It's believed to be so by the fandom due to the large party balls colored gold and silver respectively on the ceiling of the show's set. More info to support this rumor being more than just that include CoroCoro and Nintendo Dream magazines having a big title to disclose right around that same time frame. Credit for this information goes to GAF for bringing it to my attention and Bulbagarden for breaking the story. So then RPM? It would be nice to finally get one not to metion long overdue...hmm if it is true I'll probably get silver since I always get the second title in the pokemon series except for Gold and Silver since I got Crystal.

I didn't jump onto the remake bandwagon for Fire Red and Leaf Green, me being fed up with the series as is. Since I didn't play this part of the series, it doesn't seem to change my mind.  Also, Pokemon Snap was awesome. A way to interact with Pokemon without battles and capturing, that wasn't such a cash-in as later attempts became. That, and the fact that a picture-taking game actually had DEPTH. |

So that would mean we have to get 24 gym badges, deal with 25 gym leaders, beat 18 or so eilte four members, kick the asses of 6 rivals, mop the floor with over 500 weak trainers, defeat 4 evil organizations, save the world like 2 times, catch 493 or more pokemon, pulverize 600 Magikarps, and maim 200 pikachus!  If I got something wrong I'm sorry and I suck at math. |

i'd be fine with just a 3D combo of GSC. but i think that's too rich of an idea for Ninty to think up. they're probably going to stick with the archaic system still used by DPP. sure they keep adding features and mons in each generation, but Pokemon has yet to truly evolve for me (pun not intended). a full fledged 3D Pokemon would do just that for me. cause as it is right now, i don't think i'll ever touch a 2D Pokemon again.
also, [tornado fang] YES to Snap 2.
