Cyber Peacock is a virus, mostly created by Double.... one was a virus fragmented from maverick data.
What the heck does Double have to do with creating anything other than destruction? Besides, Peacock is NOT a Virus. He's either a digitized Repliroid guard or a guard program specifically made to resemble a Repliroid.

He was originally installed in Cyber Space to protect the network from hackers. Then
he was remodelled by Sigma into an arrogant and cruel character, and began attacking
anyone who entered the network, be they civilian, Hunter, or Repliforce.
Magma Dragoon went maverick and labeled as such, explaining the icon. Same with Split Mushroom, who was controlled by Sigma.
Mushroom was a civilian who became an underling for Sigma, no mention of being controlled. As a matter of fact, it's rather Dragoon who was confirmed as being controlled.
Last bit of the Repliforce was Spiral Pegasion, who appeared in X5.
Pegacion was the last of the Air Force, being the Leader of it, but he might not be the last of Repliforce. That wholly depends on how well the Naval Force and Guerilla Force are holding out.
However, Dinorex is a former Repliforce soldier and now control theirs Sanhouse Mountain Base, so I would presume his Force was wiped out. Lots of former Repliforce either retired or were infected. For instance, we can find Air Force soldiers piloting the Eagle G in 0-space.
But, the latest shown character to ever have been a part of Repliforce is probably Red, who is rumored to have been a recruiter for them. But aside from all that, Repliforce left behind quite a legacy. They after all created the first generation of combat-specific Ride Armors; Riden and Eagle.
