TrakNar We had an outtake from the second chapter where I was doing one of Zuckuss's lines and I started coughing really badly and had to leave the room for a moment. Pierce quipped in as 4-LOM: "If you're going to /die,/ do it some place else!"
TrakNar We got rid of it because we decided that no one wants to hear Zuckuss die. Later, Pierce asked why we got rid of it and I had to remind him.

I think you completely missed the point.

In Black 2, you can earn Medals for various accomplishments. This comic merely demonstrates that the creepy medal guy must be some sort of stalker to keep track of those accomplishments.

You don't need to, and it's purely optional. But it's still nice to have some record of your achievements, plus you can put your favorite one on your Trainer Card (once you've earned it) to show off, be it with the game on WiFi or via the Global Link.
