O...K...
That was... LOL stuff... XD

Throughout the event there were announcements through the Nintendo World Store speakers NOT to download any Mystery Gifts as they will CORRUPT your game.
Was this talking about it in general, or with respect to the Shiny Gengar?

Ok, a question for those that played the Japanese version (or those that were really quick in the English version... 8D)...

I need a confirmation.
Can you get BOTH the Armour Fossil and the Skull Fossil while digging in the Underground?
Also, state your Trainer ID number as well. -_-

What's your Trainer ID number then?

Posted on: March 29, 2009, 00:04:16
Nevermind, my rage has been confirmed.

Trainer ID that's even (ends with 0/2/4/6/8) = Armor Fossil
Trainer ID that's odd (ends with 1/3/5/7/9) = Skull Fossil

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
I HAVE PEARL ALREADY DARNIT, WHY MUST YOU GIVE ME AN EVEN ID IN PLATINUM!? :W

I'm not looking forward to going through Victory Road. The encounter rates are annoyingly high in Mt. Coronet and Victory Road. Yeah, I could just buy repels...

Grinding on VR sucks. You should grind somewhere with lower level pokemon if you want EVs, or somewhere with higher ones if you want experience. Efficiency!

I found out that I'm living in the 1st generation still.
I caught a Magikarp and now I have a Gyarados.
Just like old times, good times, good times.

In terms of EV grinding, the best place for Special Attack is that little pond in Resort Area. Nothing but Golducks and Psyducks if you do nothing but Surf.

And although wondering why they axed Haunter in Old Chateau at first, it turns out that's why Gengar's slightly more common. And I'm so very glad Dusclops can now be found without PokeRadar! 8D

I wonder where's a good place for Speed EV's, though...

That fisherman with the 6 Magikarps west of Eterna City. Or you can try old rod fishing in a lot of places, I guess, but that requires a little more attention, and the old rod sucks anyway. Takes like 4 tries to get something.

My Gyarados could totally beat up your Gyarados. We'll see who's laughing when your Gyarados is crying and broken and asking why you didn't properly train it after HEATED GYARADOS COMBAT.

I'd like to see you try beating up my Gyarados if I don't get Wi-Fi out here. 8D
Also really, I only mentioned how silly the EV Training was (Again) to see if it would rile anyone up like last time.
Cause that was fun starting a heated discussion.

I'm sure your Gyarados is also of a higher level than mine, as mine is still a freshling.

Yeah, you claim you're trying to get reactions, but we all know the real reason you act like this. Deep down, deep deep down, you're ashamed that you're not enough of a man to EV train. You're trying to hide it, even from yourself, but we all know. We all know.

We all know.

Yeah, I have no pokemon training skills.
I just let my pokemon defeat whatever pops up outta the grass, or whatever the trainer I'm facing decides to throw out.
No careful selection for me.
