Yeah, fan characters are a whole lot of fun. I need to go ahead and fit in with RPM with a Gotham sprite or something.

In the mean time, I think instead of working on the next 2 Limited Mavericks, I'm gonna try and get a sheet of one of these guys. Of course, that might take a bit with some of these. Not sure which one I'll do, probably the easier. So either Chameleon L, Eagle L or Mammoth L

Man, Storm Eagle L looks like a phoenix now... Awesome.

As for full sheet, I'd say Eagle L.

Well, its been awhile since I did any real work on these. Ended up getting caught up with other stuff. Capcom Vs SNK 2, Final Fantasy 8, commissioned for something, plus watching G Gundam and being out bike riding now that its summer.

Anyways, I started again. I added two more sprite to the sheet and realised I need some feedback on some stuff before I continued. With that said..

Tear away. I think my biggest concern is the shoulder pads not looking dipped in enough. I also notice that I need to edit the left wing on some sprites to fit the shoulder pads (where the wings are wrapped around him)

Looks nice enough. I agree that the shoulder pads missing one jagged edge.

Yeah, I know they're missing that jagged edge, but I'm not sure if I can get that sprited without looking like ass.

So nothing new, just somewhere to post an annoyance.

I feel like drawing, as in actually getting some paper and pencil out and making some art. Problem is, I've never been able to draw at home. I could do it at school when I was still in school, but at home I just lose all interest and its really annoying. Plus, I'm not too much of a fan of the anime influence I have when I do draw. I'd like to have more an American DC/Marvel style, but I can't do that without practicing my drawing and I can't practice my drawing when I'm at home; fffffff vicious cycle.

Okay, so I decided to see if I could still draw worth a damn. I grabbed a pic, decided to start attempting. End result is this:

Ugh. It turned out fat. I don't like it. Yeah, I guess I can still draw if I have something to look at, but ugh.

Tear it apart, RPM. I need the criticism. None of that praise crap.

Yeah, the more I look at it the more I see every where where I messed up. Its kinda annoying and I don't wanna start from scratch again. At the same time, I also see things I did right. The body is mostly where everything went wrong. The face might be a little fat but in comparison I got the hair down pretty well.

Its weird though because at one point I probably had the width of the body perfect but I thought it didn't look right. Should've kept it. Bah.

The head is nice, but it looks to me like it's disjointed from the body, then again it could be the collar/scarf/thingy giving me that impression...

Well let's see...

Like everyone said so far, the head came out good. The detail in the clothing is nice, and the scarfs okay.

However, the body...well it didn't come out so good.

I still kinda like it though. Hope to see another drawing by you.

Yeah, I'm still trying to figure out what went wrong with the body. I mean, I see what went wrong with it, I just don't know how.

Actually, the more I look at it, the more it looks like one of those weird styles were everything is overbuffed. Like Gouken from SFIV

Well, its bothering me enough that I will. I'll probably try something without a reference next just to see what happens. I imagine I'll get too frustrated to finish it :P

So, instead of working on the Megamissions stuff, I went back to something I infinitely enjoy.

So, for the five of you who routinely visit this topic, gots a question. Would you read something if I wrote it? I enjoy writing, but I get the enjoyment out of others enjoying it, so I really can't write for myself. So, if I can get around you know.. Writing something I deem of quality, would you read it?

I'd read it, but knowing my track record, I'd probably fall asleep midway, no matter how intresting it is, then pick it up again in an hour.

Alright, RPM. Help me out here. Get your friends to help, too.

Blood as a weapon. I'm trying to think up uses. The short of it is a character whose body is filled with with Experimental Blood Type R. The character is definitely a masochist, so feel free to factor that in.

The uses I have are basic stabs and such. Examples being, he slits his own wrists and can use the leaking blood as a blade. Think Wolverine's blades, only from the wrists. Another example is someone busts his nose or his lip, so he takes the blood into his mouth and spits a bunch of tiny needles. Every idea I came up with though seems more like something a symbiote from Spiderman would do, like Carnage. I don't want that.

So if you could help me out here, I'd appreciate it. It doesn't have to be strictly attacking. It can be defense or anything. Just different uses for blood.

So what ya got?

1. Message Display - Character slits wrist as per usual. When the blood comes in contact with a wall, it will show any hidden mesages. Like Splinter 7.
2. Blood Whip - Character slits palm, generating a whip-like formation of blood.
3. Blood Gattling - Character slits knuckles while making a fist, causing bullet-like bits of blood to fire out at high speed.
4. Blood Spike- A counter move. When cut or punctured (non-blunt damage) blood spurts out and damages the foe.

...Maybe more later.

Ahahaha, I saw this and I thought "Dracula has his own vampire killer whip!"
