Based on the limited japanese I know,
Dudley's Corkscrewblow is now Corkscrew Cross (Ultra). Looks devestating, but no more resets ala 3S anymore.
Rolling Thunder is now an Ultra as well.
Rocket Uppercut is the super.

Makoto-
Abare is now an ultra as well as seichuusen godanzuki.
Can't read the super for Makoto...

Looks like they kept Ibuki's huge move list intact. That's nice.

Dudley's voice doesn't really bother me. But if you really hate it, there's always Japanese voices selectable. He had a new move in there, didn't he?

Makoto used her ultra while in Makoto Install? Interesting.

That I do! well, I have to say it's too early to judge, but I thought SF3 Dudley sounds better.

I agree that SF3 Dudley sounded better, I have no problems with the new voice. I am, however, disappointed that his opening line from SF3 didn't make the transition.
His new opening line is exactly the same as Abel's, and that's gonna bug me.
Makoto and Ibuki's English voices, however, are great I think. Very fitting, and they actually sound similar to the Japanese voices.
Looking forward to hearing Makoto shouting "SEICHUSEN GODANZUKI" many times in the future.

Aside from the trailer and the two other vids pleasing me to no end. Dudley's voice...I do prefer SF3TS more, but...I can accept this. It still has that 'english' tone.

No, I'm okay with it. It would be better, though, if the pitch was a tad lower.
