Oh, looks like I opened some old wounds. My bad.
Anyways, new script. Playing Persona 4 gave me the idea for this one.

The Hero, feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of facing a dragon randomly he decided it was time for some help. He went to the local tavern looking to add someone to his party. Maybe a Mage knowledgeable in destructive magic or maybe a Healer that is useless in all aspects of battle except for support and wearing skimpy clothing. Unfortunatly, all the other heroes had come before him and taken everyone with those skills instead he got stuck with a young female thief. Sure, she's got the skimpy clothing going with a short skirt, but Hero is sure that she tried to steal his wallet on a couple of occasions.
Soon the Thief proved herself by helping the Hero out on more than one occasion. She's even managed to steal some decent items from enemies in the last couple of battles.
Hero: You know, maybe I was wrong about you before. You're not so bad after all.
Thief: Of course. I may be a thief, but I'm still loyal to whoever I work for... Which brings me to this point, you don't look so good boss.
Hero: What are you talking about, I'm perfectly fin-
Magical Text Box: Now that she mentions it, you are feeling a little dizzy now.
Hero: Huh. Strange. I didn't notice that before. You're right, I don't feel so good.
Magical Text Box: Now you want to reward Thief for her kindness with some gold, and reach for your wallet.
Hero: I do? Well, you've never steered me wrong voice in my head.
The Hero hands The Thief a few gold coins who then escorts him to a nearby inn. After the Hero falls asleep the Thief chuckles to herself, holding a Magic Marker.
Thief: Once you figure out how they tick, Heroes are easy to scam.
