Falco Blaster/Pikachu Thunder abuse is not fun.

Granted, that could be misinterpreted.

Yeah, I've seen Akamaru play Falco, can't really recall how he uses the old bird. Pikachu, I don't remember seeing him use, but I really like using Pikachu and getting hits wherever I see the opportunity arise.

Hey, I can K.O. a Yoshi, and did. And forming a plan to beat Peach is kinda easy with Falco/Pikachu.

As for that second part, all I'm hearing is "wah wah", because Egg-Spamming and EggRoll Spamming is no different from any other spamming, whether it be my trusty Blaster, Mario's Cape or FireBalls, Marth Counter, etc.; part of the character's moveset, and perfectly justified.
(Then we get into Chainthrows and the like, which aren't. You'll notice I throw, but never Chainthrow.)

I forgot how fun Sudden Death matches were, though. 8) Tense, a decent test of skill, and even if ya lose, it's so frantic, it fairly well levels the playing field.

I'm already fighting with Hyper Sonic.

And I *REALLY* need to remember that Pikachu's headbutt has a greater attack priority than Peach's actual butt.  >.>

Pikaaaaaaaa~

Don't know where my Reflector was on that last match, though. Out to lunch?
I used it, but it really didn't want to do anything, save for stopping that egg.

Sonic confirmed for Brawl RPM.

You called?

...oh wait, actually, we do have a member just straight up called "Sonic".

EDIT: Also, is it okay if I start a Lucas/Zero blond-hair based conspiracy? 8D

The Quint thing reminds me, I had an idea about Enker showing up in the X series, and has to struggle (being a Wily bot) choosing between right and wrong. He'd eventually have a Light and Dark armor along with his normal one (names are tentative), and his fighting style changes with each.

It's one thing to put blatant darkness in the story; it's another to make it a character struggle, especially when Zero's already on the good team.

NYAHAHAHAAAAA~

Ooh, that's much better after the pounding PB and...uh...whoever it was...gave me last time.

So, as you can see, I'm using a few more tilts, more laser, and plenty of good ol' reacting to attacks instead of going in fists flying. Didn't think Falco could take a Pikachu.

Whoa. I nearly lost power, there. We'll try again later.

You know, I had forgotten that Fierce Deity had the same "mask" sequence as the others.

So then, at some point, the Fierce Deity died. Suspiciously acts and plays like Link.

...that's suspicious. Is that another Link, perhaps the one that obtained the Triforce?

Doggone it, all I've lost so far is 120. Just 20 more pounds to go!

Oh yeah, I love eating out. Cheddar's, Chipotle, Chili's, Subway, pizza of all sorts, Olive Garden, Chinese buffets, Tex-Mex, barbeque, it all sounds good.

You'd only have it at full life, and the best use of the Sword Beam would be against Octoroks and flying enemies. Also handy against Redeads.

Would NOT be a good idea against reflecting/absorbing/ice enemies, or perhaps Dark Link with a Mirror Shield.

It would also put a use to Milk and the hearts you find during dungeons.

...this sounds more awesome by the second.

Helm Splitter, FTW

Even easier than that. Helm Splitter's a bit complicated. Not too bad, but not what I have in mind.

More like grabbing the enemy and chucking them like a rock.

We can even have Zero introducing a fan website?

For "Lucas, the voice of _____" to introduce a site is one thing, but another to have the official character (trademarks, copyrights, etc.) representing the site.

Don't tell me we'd run into more darn legal issues?

A jump! Jumping! SOMETHING!

Also, I'm always for 3D or 2D gameplay that lets the character (in this case, Link) judo or otherwise beat the crud out of the enemy that tries to do collision damage to it.

I just remembered something else I've wanted a return to in a Zelda game..

A GOD-DAMN BEAM SWORD!

I knew the 3D LoZ's were missing something.

Aha, that's why I liked Fierce Deity.

Rockman Series / Re: Your Mega Man Series!
« on: January 28, 2009, 12:34:22 AM »
Well, Legends WAS it, except not.

The idea was to have a game that plays like Starfox Assault's on-foot mode, but without ammo to worry about except for the special weapons of bosses that you gained in very much the same way as any other Mega Man game. In fact, it's not even a different series; this is just a side series of Classic.

At any rate, it's 3D free-roaming. There are also stages like, say, Quick Man's stage, where the camera would go top-down, so you could see how you are falling, instead of relying on screen progressions/memorization. The 3D element also eliminates a lot of collision damage (particularly with bosses). That said, you could still have one-block wide platforms and linear levels (Wily stages, for sure) to replicate the same great stage design.

What else. Lock-on feature, sure. Shop akin to MM8's. One of the buttons turns you either 180, or in the direction from which you last got hit.

Then, use this same engine, except stylize it differently for any other series you wanted to use it in. It could've even been the basis for MMX:CM's navigation.

ZX / Re: What Do You Want to See in a ZX3?
« on: January 26, 2009, 05:46:08 AM »
But that was introduced in the first ZX.

Why is it there in the first place?

For players who don't play using the alternate Attack button setup (and frankly, for those who do), switching between weapons to do some sort of fairly fruitless 3-slash combo is ridiculous.
