Hey, if they remake this one, they can throw in CutMan, TimeMan, and OilMan! owo

Yeah, I'll still probably buy it anyway, just to support a possible step in the right direction.

Although if I read beforehand that there's something seriously wrong with the mechanics, I'm not.

Whoo, the first one was kinda tedious! And bland! But I really don't see them messing it up; after all, that was their first foray into the MMBN/MMSF territory. I'm sure even the gameplay would be updated.

Not sure if want...

I really only got the Zapper for the registration code. That, and I thought for sure they'd let it support the MotionPlus, not to mention make some cool Zapper games. All the same, I'm curious to try it out with Sin and Punishment 2 before I either get rid of it or mod it.

Google is your best friend.

I'll gladly accept that if it means SF64 was the result.  Still doesn't mean they couldn't have released it as a "lost gem" later on, for the GBA, DS, or Wii's VC.

So there is a "finished" version of it. Good; the version I played, Corneria didn't take any damage (which was actually kinda nice 8)) and every now and then the camera would just freeze while your ship just continued on into oblivion and you lost all your progress to a locked-up game.

You know, I never thought about it that way. If SF2 got axed so that SF64 might live, then Nintendo really does know their ****.

...except for the fact that they haven't made any cool games for the Wii Zapper like Yoshi's Galactic Safari, Duck Hunt Wii, or a new Metal Combat. owob

What's awesome is that the fans basically completed that with translation patches, so even though we don't get to pay Nintendo for what a nice job they did (why the HELL didn't they put it on VC, anyway?), one can get a taste of it.  How good a taste that is depends on your setup.

But did anyone ever make one where Corneria took damage? The version I played was still unfinished, and needed save states just to make sure I didn't lose my progress completely.

All the same, though, especially with the power of the 64 on the horizon and compared to the visual clutter of SF2, I can see why they scrapped the project.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Still learning the ins-and-outs of it, this much time later. Sometimes you can move, sometimes, you can't.

Ah. I see. So, that's how you handle a Yoshi. Got it. Mario and Marth take some time to counter, though. Really, I need to watch the CPU and learn how to be more aggressive with Falco, who has some fairly low priority save for some staple moves.

Hmm, we'll see Fxeni. Meanwhile, Aldo, I'd love to but it'd have to be a bit later. That OK with ya?

Sure, but do I need to practice up against a Marth still, or have you found a new toy? :P </dsi>

EDIT: Oh ho, Mario, eh? That SmashB is something else; I might have to use Pikachu instead of Falco.

Alright, I may be severely out of practice, but I'm throwing my hat back in the ring, especially now that my dad and college aren't pushing me to the edge.

Who wants to BRAWL?!

I haven't played this in a while. Heck, I haven't played a lot of my games in a while.

I should fix that, but I'm so busy lately!

Yesterday, Saturday, I got bored of sitting around the house. So what do I do?

Untuck my shirt, cram my shades on ASAP, pull over a white unbuttoned pullover shirt, and go out on the town. That's right, forget calories, I loaded myself down! Went to Buffalo Wild Wings, and guess what one of the drinks on the menu was? Mango Lemonade. Never had it before. Ordered it anyway, along with a Lime Margarita on the rocks and 12 Boneless Wings in Spicy Garlic. Then blew a few ones on the punching machine and, best part, walked up to a random girl who had just finished with the Guitar Hero Arcade game and got her to play another round, winning by a pinch on Almost Easy by Avenged Sevenfold (which I had never played before) with myself on Expert and her on Medium. Baaad song to be trying to sightread, too!

You might think that was it! Nope! Took my bad self on down to Graham Central Station, paid the $6 to get in, had a Bacardi and Coke, walked around the dance floor for a while. Got in on 2 dances. First one was that 'shuffle' song everyone dances on since it's so bloody easy (you know, the one that goes 'To the left (x4), to the right (x4), just stomp (x4), now ya walkin' by yaself, wal-kin' by yaseeelf...), then, on the second one, I got on the floor after seeing some gals, but they were playing hard to get, so I just freestyled. But little did I know, as I started looking around, that the floor was really empty! Didn't matter, though; there were still some girls dancing and one or two guys freestyling like I was, so I didn't give a [tornado fang] and just continued dancing, end of story! [Tornado fang] what everyone else thought!

So, yeah, a little Egotastic!, but not really official. It would have been if I could have gotten a girl to dance (or at least [hard knuckle]ing talk) with me, but again, I don't do hard-to-get. I don't play games; I don't know who's taken and who isn't, so either you want some o' this, or ya don't! Call it a night!

Starfox 2.

Fay and Miyu would've been better than where Krystal has taken the series. Although we did get Lucy Hare, so I can't smack talk too much about it all.

This really wasn't an issue until about the Gamecube, otherwise, it was just, "Hey, here's the newest console or handheld; it's mine."

Gamecube - Super Smash Bros. Melee
~I SWORE I wasn't going to get a Gamecube. It had gotten to the point where I was trying to ween myself off of games, I guess, so that I could either be objective about my hobby or pick up some new hobby or try something new. But if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Melee was everything I was hoping it would be.

PSP - Mega Man: Powered UP
~Oh come on, create your own freakin' levels?! What part of that is there not to like, really? But, the game was so immense what with playable Megamen, how many ever flavors of Roll, Proto Man, and the bosses, on top of the difficulty modes, that it was like eating really rich, heavy food. So, I don't have it. But, there is a chance I might get a PSP again; we'll see what happens with KH3 and FFVIIRemake. Speaking of which:

PS3 - Time Crisis 4
~TC4 would be the main reason why I got the console when I did. Rock Band was also on the list, but it just wasn't my thing. Now the PS3's being kept afloat by a few future games that will hopefully be there.

DS - Super Mario 64 DS
~Super Mario 64 on the go, plus added content? Sign me up!

The Wii and N64 had too many titles to try and attribute it to just one, and they weren't "promised" or "tentative" like the PS3's, so far. Brutal Legend, though, I am looking forward to, though now that it's been hyped for so long and had publishing probs, I am going to wait for some reviews.

I play SMB3 so little, I might as well be playing it for the first time.

SMB1 and SMB2USA, though, breeze through.

EDIT: Even then, though, I still don't let the fact that I've played those 2 a lot affect my judgment on them. SMB1 is a good balance, though you can be in some tight spots if you don't start as Super or Fire Mario. And SMB2USA can be hard for some, especially the first time. Even then, it's a little tricky, but like SMB3, just pick yourself back up.

If it's EXE gameplay with SF3's mechanic tweaks including using a single button for shielding, removal of chip codes, and dead-end hunts no longer existing, I'm sold.
