Speaking of stereotypes, I take them into stride and laugh it off depending on who says it.
As long as people find stereotypes offensive, they'll always be used for insults, cracks and jokes. If we get them as commonplace, they'll simply stop being used in comedy and whatnot because they'll be forgotten. Simple as that.One of my fellow students in high school frequently said, "Why take offense to racism?" I agree.
