Interest levels kind of waned, as they usually do. I got kind of depressed that I never upload any of my art and all I do is crappy poetry and I never even finish any of my stories and blah blah feeling sorry for myself. I shouldn't, though. I don't even have clinical depression, and I feel like I'm just degrading those that do by feeling bad about myself when I have no reason whatsoever to be upset.

Sorry.

I need another hug. And something to inspire me.

Blackmore grinned. "Roa, I think this could be the start of a beautiful friendship."

"Excuse me," said Mint, "Where are we going?"

"Back where we came from," said Nick.

Mint paused. "That sounds pointless."

"You good guy schmuck just don't get villainy," sneered Aeon.

"Thanks," said Aeon, "She's like a daughter to me. Touch her..." His eyes narrowed. "And I'll kill ya."

Blackmore nodded. Aeon marched the prisoners into the Zeitschiff, and once Roa had boarded, the ship took off back to the city.

"Well, we villains must stick together, yessir?" Blackmore turned around and walked over to the Zeitschiff. "Now that we have these pesky little fellows in our grasp, what do you say about, oh, I don't know...crashing that store of theirs? For a laugh, yessir."

"Hey, you caught us off guard," said Mint, "Cheaters!"

"Deal with it," said Aeon, flipping a knife.

"Well, now that you're with us, Roa...why don't we have ourselves som fun, yessir?"

"It's quite simple, really."

Time stopped. When it resumed, Enigma and Mint found themselves in handcuffs.

"Really, heroes these days are so very easy to fool. It's almost too disappointing to express, yessir."

Enigma almost collapsed. "R-Roa! What are you doing here?"

"Ah, so good of you to join us," said Blackmore jovially, "About time, too."

"Heheh," muttered Aeon, "Time."

The E-Wing soon reached its destination: the plain where Aeon and his entourage were located. Enigma and Mint leapt out of the vessel and adopted combatitive stances.

"I figured as much," said Enigma, "It's Blackmore again!"

"Hey!" yelled Aeon, demanding he be noticed.

"And Aeon."

"That's better."

Nick coughed.

"Er, Mint? I think we'd better go."

"Why's that?" asked Mint, turning to look at him.

"'Cos my Crest is glowing," said Nick, gesturing to the shining star emblem on the back of his right hand, "Whiiiiiiich usually means something's up."

Mint nodded and smiled sadly at Sonne and Strange Man. "I've gotta go. But I hope I see you again some time."

The two hopeful heroes darted out of the store and hopped into the waiting E-Wing, then blasted off to find the source of the trouble.

Nick took a few steps back, trying to get away from Ms. Mewly as quickly as he could. Mint dropped StrangeMan and swerved around, beaming.

"Oh, hi there! I'm Mint, what's your name?"

"I think I might have OCD... or perhaps I have OCPD... I'm not quite sure..."
I have OCD. Doesn't bother me.

"Mint! Mint! MINT!"

Mint stopped in her tracks at looked down at Nick. "What is it, silly-boots?"

Nick managed to drag himself up to his feet - now that the deranged feline had loosened her grip - and adjusted his shades, scarf and hair. "You were...kinda dragging me and StrangeMan around the place."

Mint's face flushed a deep crimson shade. "Ohh, I'm so sorry! So sorry!" she squealed, clinging onto Strange with enough force to strangle an ox.

"Help me!" yelled Nick, as a number of books landed on him, while Mint carelessly flung bits and pieces over her shoulder.

"Help me," wheezed Nick, hoping Strange would be able to get him away from Mint. The green-haired catgirl was eagerly skipping around the store, still piling whatever she could find onto her mound of merchandise, while dragging her friend around like a child's stuffed toy.

The Zeitschiff touched down a few minutes later. Aeon stepped out first, followed by Deathwatch, then Mint, then Blackmore with his skull-tipped cane.

"I must say, yessir, this ship of yours..."

"Yes?" said Aeon with an eager smile, always happy to have his ego boosted.

"Is quite the eyesore. Dark colours make everything better, or so I believe, yessir."

I like. I like lots. I like lots and lots and lots. =D I like one-on-one scrappers, and I like projects like these. So what's not to like?

Hmm...any chance I could get in on this? I can give you a reference and movelist, if you want. Just curious, I like where this is going.

I look forward to seeing the rest of the fighters. ;3

"Excuse me, Mr. Shopkeeper Man, sir," chimed Mint, poking Tenchou; she was holding her stack of goodies in one hand and dragging Nick in the other. "How much for all this?"

When Nick at last found Mint, she had already gathered an enormous pile of knick-knacks and miscellaniae, which she held in a mound in her arms.

"Mint!" yelled Nick. He noticed the passionate flames burning in Mint's sparkly green eyes: her look of hot-blooded determination. Despite her petite build, cute little looks and furry ears and tail, Mint was a fierce fighter and determined competitor. Nick knew from experience that her mind worked a little like a steam train: it took a while for it to start, but when it got going, there was no stopping her. His attempt to get her away from her collection - or rather, her hoarde - earned him a fist to the face, which sent him flying across the store and straight into a shelf of rather heavy DVD box sets, which landed on top of him. While he was dazed and buried under a pile of DVD boxes, Mint skipped over to him and waved.

"Hiiiiii, Nick! I didn't know you were here~"

"I can't feel my legs..."

Blackmore, from his seat in the passenger section of Aeon's Zeitschiff, observed the scenery of RPM through the windows beside him. While he was occupied in his own scheming reverie, he felt something tap his shoulder.

"What is it, yessir?"

Standing next to him was Liquorice, holding a tray of drinks. "Lemonade, sir?"

"Uh...thank you," said Blackmore, taking a glass. "And what, pray tell, are you doing here, yessir?"

"Oh, I'm Aeon's sidekick now. I get to serve drinks here. He thinks I should have to wear a maid outfit, too, 'cos it'd fit better with the job."

"Yes, I can tell that's exactly why he wants you to wear it," said Blackmore, with a repulsed frown.
