Enigma was standing in the doorway of Roa's throne room, holding his Starsword out defiantly against the vampiric overlord. His scarf billowed gently, even without a breeze to blow it. He was wearing a mischevious smirk. His E-Wing was docked outside the fortress. He had sensed something out of the ordinary; even from his abode in the stars above, something didn't feel right. He now knew what it was.

"Roa...long time no see. I thought you were dead for sure after the fiasco with the Yashichi."

"Hey, Roa. Long time no see!"

It comes from acient Greek theatre. "Deus Ex Machina" translates roughly to "God from the machine"; this refers to the practice of introducing a God or Goddess character onto the stage. Workers behind the stage would use a crane-like device to lower the actor (there were no actresses allowed at the time) onto the stage, thus giving the impression that this deity was descending from the heavens of Mt. Olympus. Hence, "God from the machine".

I can knowledge good.

Not really related, but does anyone else actually know where the term "Deus Ex Machina" comes from?

If the fire 'bot here turns out to be some kind of demon or devil, I'm gonna be very happy.

I'm not gonna get my hopes up, though.

Then you may visit.  I just warn you that if you bring magicks, my blood elf womens might eat it.  They're usually well behaved, but accidents happen.

Oh, well, thank you for the offer. May your lands live long and prosper and other such friendly banter.

That, and as long as you stay away from my planet of hawt night elf and blood elf women who only live for my everlasting pleasure, I don't care.

Come near it, and I'll destroy you with my ultimate weapon.

Ask for invitation for a peaceful visit, and you may come to enjoy my women.

Enigma operates on a policy of peaceful co-existence, don't worry about it.

Yes.

I'll eat your face if you try.

Any genuine objections thereto. I've had plenty of face-eating threats in my time. It's my Cosmos now~

Well, in that case, never mind about my expansion plans. I don't want to get in the way of other people. =3

There's still a wee gap in the south-eastern corner of the Cosmos. You can dock your fortress there, if you like.

Irg, you bastard! >0< That's Cosmic territory!

If no-one minds, I'm gonna take a bit of space to the west of the nebula as well. Gotta keep expanding, right?

Also, Club Groove never really did much business. So I'mma renovate it. I'm hereby turning it into the Groovian Public Library!

...Oh, and would someone mind updating the first post to include the info I put down for the Lucky Cosmos? If that's cool, of course.

"Doctor...Wily?" Joker considered this. "A worthy suggestion! Thank you, my good man!"

Kiki's deadpan glare was focussed vehemently on Adante. She didn't trust him.

Joker shook his head solemnly. "Alas, I do not yet know. But we shall find it, and we shall defeat it! Shall we not, Kiki?"

But Kiki was not interested. There was someone already here that she wasn't too fond of. "Do not obstruct my mission..."

"To find and quell the source of this evil uprising, of course!" declared Joker, grinning, "It is my duty as the Trumpanian hero!"

"Do not obstruct my mission. Obstructers will be terminated with extreme prejudice."

Joker looked at Adante. "Ah, a friend! I appreciate your sympathies, good sir, but I am afraid we are already clear on our journey."

Kiki eyed Adante suspiciously.

"I have decided," proclaimed Joker proudly, "We are going to fight this evil, no matter what it takes!"

"..." Kiki looked down to the floor in shame. "I must find my master..."

With a knowing smirk, Joker put his hand on Kiki's shoulder. "We will find your master, Kiki. I promise. Now, THERE IS EVIL TO BE SMOTE!"

"Gurren Lagann was overrated and most of it was over the top battles and breasts. But that is just an OPINION, and tell One Piece to go get a haircut, then we talk."

Overrated I won't argue with (your mileage may vary on this one, I personally quite liked it). It's one of the few shows I have seen that can maintain an over-the-top, almost cartoonish attitude and still convey its feelings on the futility of war and how, even in the face of severe opposition and adversity, good peoples' hearts and minds can triumph over the evils of this world. I never said everybody is a good person; but there are certainly some very good people out there.

Your comment one One Piece doesn't even make any sense in this context and has no notable relevance. Make your point coherent or don't say anything.

"So, war's a benifit in history then?"

This isn't the place for that...talk to me on MSN if you want to get into that. Please, not here.

Sorry, folks. Rant definitely over this time. n__n;

I'm sick of hearing all this [parasitic bomb] about how everybody is a callous idiot who doesn't know or care how to be nice to other people. A lot of people seem to forget the enormous amount of good other people are capable of doing; or they don't want to know, because that would upset their little cynicism bubble. Yes, there are evil people out there; yes, there are idiots out there. But that doesn't mean everyone is a bastard or a moron.

"Humans are assholes, just ask any fictions writer nowadays *badumdish*."

Gurren Lagann and a good deal of One Piece would like a word with you.

"And WHY do we have brains again if we can't figure out how to use them?"

Of course. Because people like Socrates, Einstein, Newton and Jung couldn't figure out how to put the square peg in the square hole, right? learn2notgeneralise.

Sorry, folks. Rant over for now.
