And slight correction on the number. Another friend piped up and wanted some of the eggs.

So... Anyone up for catching 19 trade-fodder to trade for 19 eggs? Most of them are specially bred.

He's an adorable black fuzzball and I'll upload pictures as soon as possible.

Well, the plumbing's fixed, but we still have to clear out the flooded room. And we now have a new puppy. His name is Java, and he's a lab/hound mix.

Blugh... Things have become hell... One of the major pipes connecting our sink and washing machine to the sewer split and it flooded the family room. This is gonna cost a small [tornado fang]ing fortune... I swear, every time we get the money to do something fun, something from the previous owner's messing around rears it's head and breaks down.

And last night, I did a test stream on Twitch TV. Aside from some lag, it went pretty well, and it might go smoother if my little brother wasn't playing League of Legends.

Also, I learned something very important: no skype calls with headphones on.

Meanwhile, back in his lab, Robert was finishing cleaning the goo out of the armor he had been wearing while his new suit was getting put together the rest of the way (well, it was getting a paintjob). "Sir, there is an article on the Daily Bugle that you may find amusing." WILLIS said.

"Is it an editorial on how Spider-Blues is a menace and how Bat-Sakura, Arche Storm, and Iron Sapph got in on the trouble-making this time? Because you know I love Jameson's propaganda." Robert replied, his voice dripping with sarcasm.

"Actually..." WILLIS simply brought up an image of the paper.

This actually made Robert speechless... For a moment. "Well. Seems like someone decided April Fool's came twice this year." He said, smirking. "I wonder who he's gonna blame this time. Probably Spider-Blues again. What is it with his vendetta against the Webhead anyway?"

"Perhaps he's had some sort of trauma in the past with a spider wearing a mask?"

(I sure Buns would also mutilate him too.  It would be funny if Karring was like that Alien shop keeper in Men In Black that is able to regenerate himself every time his head was shot.)
(You mean Jeebs?)

Sapph

you have like 50 unfinished projects at this point

and counting

Most of those being "Hey, I wanna do this!" and not even getting started due to the realization I have the wrong programs, the programs I need for them cost a lot more than I thought, and/or they need assistance that I end up never getting.

Meanwhile, this latest scheme is very much within my power and abilities and only relies on my internet connection being good, which is why I'd need to do a test stream before fully committing myself to it.

3 creepy people can seem like a flood.

This next part is completely unrelated... I've gotten the random (and potentially very stupid) idea to do a stream/let's play combo of a pokemon rom hack or fan game. I have got some things set up and will do a test stream in the near future to see if I can actually figure out how to do it right (and to see if I have the courage and attention span to vocally talk to an audience of text while I'm playing), which leaves me with the very unimportant question of which hack or fangame to play (under the assumption that all things work out).

Sapph sighed as the fight ended before he could do much else, pausing to look at the broken sword he was holding. The blade was glowing, as it had been since it broke, and he still couldn't figure out why. With a sigh, he put it back in it's sheathe. I really need to get out of these loner habits I've picked up... He thought, turning to the rest of the group. "So, are we a bit grounded, or are there still things we need to do immediately after catching our breath?"

(Hmm... I was planning on Sapph's sword awakening to it's true form/power, followed by exposition on it after the fight. But I'm guessing that probably wouldn't work. Unless Sapph charged through the charged shots after the rest of the attacks to land the finisher... Or just cuts off Omega Joe's buster arm.)

Iron Sapph had, by this point, left the dragon ship and was flying back to his lab, sneezing again. "I'm thinking some pollen got stuck in the air filter." He sighed running a quick electric current over his suit to short-circuit any bugs that may have been planted on his armor to track his movements.

As Iron Sapph was putting his cleaned armor back on, he paused a moment to sneeze. "Catching a cold, sir?" WILLIS asked. "Or perhaps someone is talking about you behind your back."

"I've never been superstitious, WILLIS. Get a lot of orange juice ready. It wouldn't look too good if I missed out because of a cold."

When Omega Joe started sending saber waves out, Sapph instinctively drew his broken sword, deflecting the waves with a bit of difficulty. "Why do I get the feeling that this is about to get about 10 times more difficult?"

Iron Sapph had found his way to the lab and had most of his armor disassembled and being cleaned, with his helmet still being on his head, with the speaker being off so he could talk with WILLIS without being interrupted. "How about a little warning next time you need a private conversation? It makes me look bad and makes you look like a malignant virus."

"Because blame always makes up for social shortcomings."
WILLIS responded, a hint of sarcasm in the AI's tone. "And isn't it fortunate that none of the monster's dough got into your helmet, sir?"

"We wouldn't be having this conversation if it did."

"By the way, I took the liberty of checking the guest list of everyone else who was invited to the event in two days, and there's someone you should be made aware of."

"Don't say it." Iron Sapph said, sighing. "The mere mention of that woman's name always makes her appear out of thin air."

"If you say so. But how did you know?" WILLIS asked.

"Because everything I get invited to she gets invited to." Iron Sapph responded. "You know she won't forget about that one time I got drunk."

"Which 'one time' was that?" WILLIS asked, a bit delayed in his response, which made it clear to Iron Sapph that the AI was looking over the many 'one time's from the not-quite-recent past.

"The one she brings up every time we're forced to talk face-to-face. Which is just about every party. And, for the record, I've been good about staying sober in public." He replied, setting the cleaning tools he was using down. "That should clean up the thrusters enough to get me home."
