i can't complain about the 360 stick either. it hasn't got in my way yet.

Sato, why not do a run on this?

you don't know me very well, do you? i'm terrible, TERRIBLE, at fighters. if i were to do a run, the time i would get would be triple the time people at Dustloop could achieve. 2D fighters are kinda taboo to speedrun, anyway.

someone told me this, and i think it's hilarious while not being insensitive:

you know how deaths come in 3's? (Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcet, Michael Jackson.) well, Billy Mays threw one more in ABSOLUTELY FREE.

initial impressions: the game plays very well, very fluid. it's slower than Guilty Gear, but a little moe complex. graphics are really nice. all the characters are really likable. only ones that we found hard to use were Arakune and Rachel. Jin and Noel seem to be the best. and even though none of us really like heavy guys, we were all rocking with Tager. having shortcuts for special moves on the right stick was a nice treat for us n00bs. the dub voices were pretty good, too, although they do talk a lot. Bang is especially annoying/lovable.

now the only thing to worry about is if it'll play well with the 360's analog stick.

it's called Summer Vacation. it's perfectly normal if you're not an absolute nerd.

In Chronicles, did you change the settings to make it so it's set to use the wii zapper? That way you don't have to hit the buttons.

Technically, you don't need ANY of the wii attachments (zapper or otherwise) to play the games; but it sure makes em more fun XD

i do play on Zapper settings. i just don't use the Zapper. being able to reload without moving your cursor is a godsend in that game.

i'll just say it: the Wii Zapper is a piece of [parasitic bomb] that's too small for anyone over the age of 10.

there are probably a lot of things i've seen that would qualify as suck. i can't name a lot though. Scary Movie 4 was downright terrible, as was Epic Movie.

then again, there are movies out there that are so bad, they're enjoyable. Ferngully might be one such movie. so is Batman and Robin.

I beg to differ; have you seen their house of the dead port, big game hunter, and Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles? I'd say those were pretty good games XD Others would prolly disagree though.

i can't speak for Big Game Hunter, but the Zapper actually hinders gameplay in Umbrella Chronicles. and in the HotDs, you only need the Wiimote.

Then there are idiots folks that assume that a Death Note is being used on celeberties that are well 50 and over (not the ones who joke about it, those morons who actually take it seriously).

Really, there are.

are you sure it's not you who's taking their joke too seriously?

besides adding another "the" does kinda make it sound more cooler..

no it doesn't. it makes it sound cheesier than it already is.

it doesn't help your grammar either.

this is weird. of all the emotions this could make me feel, i'm only left confused, flabbergasted, even, at how this is even possible. four important people to pop culture (some more important than others) have died in less than a week. Billy Mays said it best:
"You shitting me?"

Billy will be missed.

and yes, we should start protecting all the important, older celebrities.

Not canceled. See Sakamoto's recent comments on the game in the Other M discussions.

unreleased, cancelled, in development hell, they're all the same for the purpose of this thread.

Does it include giant robots to counter out its stupid name?

they're not really giant. and they're not the focus of the show either.

G Gundam would be a good watch. Gaogaigar would be an even better watch. i'm a big fan of Godannar, so i'll give a biased reccomendation for that.

however, based on the two examples you gave, it seems like you would prefer a more serious show. the ones i've listed aren't so serious. if this is the case, you would prefer any Gundam that's not G or SD. and out of those, i would suggest 08th MS Team.

the only cancelled game i really give a damn about is Metroid Dread.

two people i know who own the game regret buying it. there's nothing to do but grinding. the story is overly cluttered. really, the game's just fap material.

i guess i did get a PSP for MHX and Powered Up. the hope that Banjo Kazooie would be rereleased on XBLA (which turned out to be true) was part of the reason i picked 360 over PS3. once i had collected all three SNES MMX games, i had to get a Super Nintendo. and my sister got a PS2 because of Kingdom Hearts.

otherwise, no particular game made me get the other systems i have/had. they were just the things to have.

The order of the numbers being added doesn't change the results of the addition.

TYPE-MOON isn't commutative.

yeah, the picture you showed didn't say anything about the bosses...

anyway, i stand by my initial reasoning that jumping to conclusions can get you hurt.  and you can really blame me for being suspicious? this is Suda 51 we're dealing with. a man who's psychopathic creativity rivals that of Hideo Kojima. is it really too fatfetched to think he could've pulled a fast one?

but anyway, [tornado fang] yes to playable Shinobu.

pretty sure the art book is going to have all the same art featured in the game itself. i'd rather unlock them in the game and see em on the big screen.
