Vixy's images are from the Prologue.  Marth's mug for the rest of the game is older-looking.

Frankly, I like the young face better...

Again, Sakurai has already gone on to say that, whatever his new project is, it will NOT be "Smash 4/Bitchslap". It probably won't be Kirby Wii, either (even though I WANT that game so badly).
Well, of course not NOW, it's too soon.  But do you honestly believe that whenever Smash4 rolls around, years from now, that even if Sakurai maintains close ties with Nintendo he won't be involved?  He was already a freelancer when Brawl was announced, for crying out loud.  Iwata just wanted him on board that damn badly (lazy development threats).

Tell me you don't see the same thing happening if Sakurai is still under Nintendo's wing whenever they decide that they want to make a Smash4.

I realize that.  I'm just throwing a word of caution out there.  EVERYONE talks about the possibility of a "Virtual Handheld", but that doesn't mean jack squat unless Nintendo acts on it.  And there are plenty of "inevitable" moves that people insisted Nintendo MUST do, yet they never actually do.

4108
To be fair, there is NOTHING official about a portable Virtual Console.  It's just rabid speculation for which Nintendo will likely have to answer to a crowd of torches and pitchforks if they don't follow through.

As of now the DSi offers original downloadable games, and some music/image toys.

Well, I missed that interview.

I'm surprised they'd go to such lengths.  Normal in this game is already a hell of a lot easier than previous titles, in addition to the two-screen shpiel making advice snippits a lot more convenient.  This is cake compared to Radiant Dawn.

Faceless stand-ins are there to help people who suck at FE.  I'm mainly talking about the extra chapters and those you can recruit from them.  Things like that can drive a completist like myself bonkers.

GB Color didn't kill backwards compatibility.

This is more like the Wii to the GCN, replacing the massive controller upheaval with a couple of low-res cameras (there are two; one on the outside and one on the hinge).  The CPU speed is definitely faster, but the "legacy" mode limits it when playing DS games.  Makes me wondering whether or not DSi-specific carts will be in the future.

And oh yeah, it breaks old flash cards, but as you'd expect the shadowy boys already have new products on the way.

I see nothing but good things coming from this.
Except for the fact that it dooms Luigi to once again play the village idiot whenever Smash Bros. Bitchslap rolls around. -_-

But besides that, yeah, this is cool.

Check out Serenes Forest, there are limits to reclassing.  Marth isn't the only one exempt from it, either; there's also Xane, Theives, Ballisticians, and Manaketes.

This is FE1 though, there's a big difference.
FE3 contains a remake of FE1, so the whole "never played" statement still stands as-is.

Loving the game so far, but the frequent necessity to get people killed to unlock other characters is kind of a shame.  I'm in Chapter 4 and I just now realized that it's impossible to recruit Norne on any Hard Mode replays I may attempt in the future.

And BTW, I *LOVED* that Triforce Slash out of the Smart Bomb explosion!  Man, do I wish I had the Infinite Replay code entered tonight.

(been leaving it off 'cuz WiiRD codes seem to leave the Wii more prone to lockups)

Well, I guess leaving on a 15-to-7 victory is a good note (that's not counting the Self Destructs).

Thanks for the matches, PB, I needed that.  Helped me get my groove back. 8)

Oh yeah.  It's completely fun when we stand no [tornado fang]ing chance of winning against a reflector character, on a stage that SOLELY requires you to throw the turtles and crabs.
Point taken, sorry. X(

You'd be surprised.  Last two nights I've been having trouble.  Hell, you saw it for yourself before Crimson joined.  I sucked.
