Lets see,
It would be best to use the flames coming out of the top of his head as a base for the hair, which could be silver, if you please.
Pale skin, a bright color (Possibly orange or red) for his eyes, that could be diamond shaped like the picture above, and light eyebrows.
Then for the rest of his clothes.....make him put on simple civilian clothes.
As for his pose or what he's doing, I would suggest him holding out fire or maybe minerals forming to create a sword, or him holding some kind of prismatic star. I think thats good enough to go on.

And today's game is Street Fighter II Turbo HD remix plus with new balance board and extra controller port with special champion edition.
