Am I the only getting totally excited over this MMO? Am I? It almost seems like it. I'm a big fan of the KOTOR games and since TOR has almost the same kind of system as it, I've become pretty excited. I'm hoping that some kind of beta comes out, so I can try it out a bit.

These are all pretty interesting--especially Ghost X. Dragon Nest looks like a 3D version of Maple Story, though.

I just prefer Zelda as a linear type of game.  Sure, you have your side quests and such, and I do love customization, but for the most part, I think Link has to be Link, without changing his appearance or look too much.  I mean, it could work and I would definitely play it.  As long as it kept the standard Zelda fighting style, I'd be fine.

However, with Customization, you might lose the aspect of different clothing doing different things as well, like Zora Outfit or that type of stuff.
Here's a compromise: you can change the face, hairstyle and hair color, eye color, sex, etc., but the clothes stay the same.

Honestly, I somewhat disagree.  As much as I do like the Knights of the Old Republic style of story & possible character customization, I don't think I'd want it in a Zelda game.
No more PB pics for you. D:

Ruby-Spears Megaman is frequently mistaken for a woman.

I think the the Zelda series is overdue for a game with custom character creation. We all love Link, but his name has its roots in getting the player involved with the gameplay and story. The reason Link doesn't speak is because we, as the player, are supposed to speak for him. So why? Why haven't they released a game with character creation and possibly where you make Link's choices. Now, I'm not saying the usual good or evil route, but choosing which dungeon to start and there are consequences to how you beat the dungeons. And cutscenes where you choose what Link says. That kinda thing.

If Zelda was just some action RPG without that kind of narrative behind it, I wouldn't care too much. Since the narrative is there, however, I believe Nintendo has been ripping us off. This specific kind of gameplay would fit with Zelda very well.

Dynamo is the upgraded Bass.
No. Zero is Forte and Roll combined. Geez! Everyone knows that.

Dr. Weil is actually Dr Cain. as Cain got older, he began to need electronic brain implants to keep his mind sharp, but those parts caught the Maverick virus and Dr. Cain went maverick and began to be known as Weil.
I've heard this before. oo;

Sub Tanks are filled with the remains of poor Reploids.

It's like Soylent Green.
That explains why those energy things come out of their bodies.

How's that possible when Dr. Cain is actually working for Dr. Wily, who adopted Barrel as his son?

Also, Wily made Colonel and Iris.
Oh, but you forget that Data has Rock's mind and Barrel uses him as his link to the past. Therefore, he has a link to Dr. Light! Also, we can't forget that Roll Casket is Alia's past self. How do you explain her becoming part of the Irregular Hunters if her grandfather wasn't Dr. Cain?

This thread is about making up random rumors. How elaborate you make the hoax is up to you. So how do you do it? It's pretty easy. I'll make up some example for you:

Alia was actually originally created as a male robot, but she had a sex reassignment upgrade.

Axl doesn't actually have a gender because his DNA Copy ability makes this impossible.

Dr. Cain is actually Barrel from Rockman Dash. He traveled back in time using Dr. Wily's old time machine.

See? It's pretty easy to do and it's fun! :D

^ correct :3

In Japan, the biggest fame was Dragon Quest. The rest of the world, Final Fantasy.
To make sure the company would get the big dime of fortunes, they called the SaGa series Final Fantasy.
It wasn't until the Playstation that they decided to release the games in their proper names.
That's why they re-released FF(3) on the SNES as FF(6) later, so the gap between it and FF7 wouldn't be confusing.
Just goes to show you, kids. Marketing is the route of all evil and confusion in the video game industry.

This game got my attention, but is this really a FF game?
No. It's more like Nintendo thought that everything that all RPG's were supposed to be named Final Fantasy for some reason. After all, Seiken Densetsu was called Final Fantasy Legend in the US. And this game is obviously not a Seiken Densetsu game, regardless of it being called Final Fantasy Legend 2 in the US.

If you'd bothered to read anything beforehand, you might have picked up this little gem of information:

You may also need to put this file named MSVCRTD.DLL in your C:/WINDOWS/System Directory or game folder if the game does not work for you at first:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcrtd
A wonderful and completely unhelpful attitude you have there. 8D I did do that from the start because I did read your post. It still crashes.

About female characters... Barely any of them are strong--as mentioned by someone else. Most are just eye-candy. If anything, video games need more female characters that are truly strong. In the article, I got the feeling that the author desired that people stop putting women in games altogether. Video games are have enough [ray splasher] as it is--in my opinion, anyway. Believe it or not, there are girls who play games. Get over it.

On the issue of casual gaming, get over yourself. So your grandpa plays games now too? Big deal. Maybe if your parents play a little Wii, they might get off your ass about liking video games. Not only that, but I found where he says games have been reduced to toys as hilarious. Now, I'm going to say this once, so I hope everyone is listening. VIDEO GAMES ARE TOYS. Don't like it? Too bad. It's the reality. They were toys when Pong came out and they're toys now.

Nobody wants you to leave. It's called criticism. I agree with Flame. A bikini is fan service. Microscopic well-placed objects is obscenely sexual. That's fine if you're going for this being a sexual kind of game, but everyone here knows you're not.

First of all, organize the files better. It's all lumped together in a single folder! Second of all, when I start the game, I hear the Capcom jingle--but a window doesn't pop up--and then it crashes.
