Knytt is a relaxing little game my by Nifflas, who happens to be from Sweden

This game focuses on its world and exploration rather than power ups and fighting enemies. It also comes with a beautiful soundtrack. In this game you get abducted by an alien, and very soon after your abduction the saucer crashes. Now you have to find the necessary parts to repair the ship and make your way home.

You start with pretty much all your skills, unlike Metroid-esque games where you have to find relics and items to learn new abilities and open ways.
The world however has a very unique style, and is smoothly animated. You might think it's empty and bland, but there's actually a lot of love in every screen and detail.
If you want a game just for the sake of exploring check out Knytt. You won't regret it.

Floaty jumps are awesome.
Oh yeah, so genral SMB2 thread I guess. Despite being a faker, it gave us many many things we enjoy. Like the Shy Guys! And Birdo! I'm a bit sad that the other bosses never returned to the Mario series.

Ben, reading your comment made me think that Nintendo made all these low budget games (cause that's what they are, don't lie to yourself. There are exceptions though) just to secure their survival. And now that they've gathered enough financial power to take risks again they may actually turn the Wii into a gaming behemoth. Wiihemoth if you like.
