I've tried everyone, and so far the only characters I don't really like so far are Exdeath and Emperor. Perhaps that will change as I get more moves for them, but as it stands it doesn't work well.

Exdeath is what you expect from a tree: slow.

Yeah charge is pretty useless when you're fighting an agressive opponent. But at least you can pound your enemies so hard they won't inflict any damage whenever you charge.

Gabranth plays cool too. Despite his lack of Health attacks.

Spent the day playing as Jecht and Zidane. I like both so far.

Is it just me or plays Jecht a lot like Cloud? He pretty cool still. Zidane surprised me. He is pretty damn fast, which gives and almost unfair advantage (Especially against Exdeath).

I wonder what MM would look like if the characters weren't super deformed

Just read the latest chapter. Not much action, but still good.

Next chapter should have everyone kicking ass.

Aw crap I forgot that. Well, maybe he and Capcom are already friends again. Would be cool. He worked on other great games.

I doubt that. The character designer of the Alpha series cast still holds all the rights. His characters in a new game would mean he returned to Capcom. That would be awesome, but unlikely.

Obviously they ain't gonna rewrite the story. The differences can't be THAT big, otherwise everyone would go crazy for having a half-complete game.

But if you're someone who loves optional quests and bosses you will have your fun with this.

It's Alucard! (The one from Castlevania... the cool one).

But seriously, this guy looks neat. Probably a villain though.
