Would it be the same if you can't play it on a grey, brick-shaped Gameboy?

if they made something like this though,

I'd be all for it! It would satisfy the "retro" fans, AND folks like me, who want something innovative.

Unfortunately, knowing Capcom, my faith ain't exactly too strong...

Yes this would greatly satisfy my dirty needs.

In fact it would satisfy me so much that I'd DEMAND two more games in the same style.

Please don't spoiler anything though. I wanna be surprised.

I watched some gameplay myself which sadly included a major boss. But I can tell you that I really want this game now.

I'll restrain myself here and just reduce my comment to:
I disagree.

We can't have a DS X game for sure,

all DS megaman games turn to singing crap going through puberty.

I think it's incredibly ironic how you say that yet use a Grey avatar.

BTW, I greatly enjoyed MMZX and MMZXA.

As I mentioned many times before.

16-bit would be my prefered style for MMX9.

Didn't even know you had an original character.

I'll just go back on topic by repeating what I said earlier:

A MMX platformer with X's MMXCM armor would be cool.

I loved MMZ's sketchy style.

I also love DMC's sketchy artworks.

but it imparts a sense of unfinishedness, and impatience.

And I ABSOLUTELY don't agree with this.

Eriance, I'm guessing.

You guessed right. But it's an old picture. Judging from his style. And it's also back from when he helped working on New Horizon.

I can't read Japanese but I think the creator of those kits mentioned that they were actually drawn by Nakayama.

And the fact that these versions look different is no indication at all. The sketches in the Complete Works have a MUCH higher degree of details. The final designs looked dumped down and bland in comparison.

Also, I don't really get the complains about Nakayama's lineworks. I think they're fine.

Eh, opinions I guess.

I'd post it if I could find it. Looked really damn cool. I know it's in the fanart thread but I can't be arsed to look through there.
