Every console is pretty bad to start with.
The Wii U was slow to load, Nintendoland constantly crashed, the eShop was lacking in everything.
The Xbox 360 had high Failure rates (From what I hear.)
Yeah, most consoles nowadays are pretty bad to start.

Hmm... Unfortunately you can't prevent people from joining a group, so I guess you can try to fish out the bots and try to block them the manual way.
If you even can do that, that is. I know you can block friend requests and people, but I don't know about groups since I've never made one myself.

The concept of having a broken pipe that's leaking water just sounds awful.
i'd post my aimless thoughts now and then but i doubt there's anything particularly interesting about my daily event of sitting in a skype call with friends playing League while I just look at the same 5 sites repeatedly and play the same 5 songs with a swap out of 1 track approx. every 1-2 weeks.
