Josei (RMZX), Akai, and Kharaxel are waiting at Wildgun's place.
Sinos, Borock-Bot, Pyro and Keco (Another of my characters) are in the desert.
Sapph and Mirby are fighting.
Wily II is at a base somewhere.
White-Jet's characters.... best ask White-Jet.
DarkWaltz, Alastor and probably some other people are in purgatory.

Others probably work in the city, so naturally they'd connect with a ton of people, even if they're not really their "friends".
Since I don't live in the city none of the people on my friends list had anything above 100-200 people.
